NEW LISTING! Breathtaking views, design and location between Coral Gables, Brickell and Coconut Grove. This 1/1 apartment provides all the pleasures. Ideally suited for business executives and leisure seekers alike. Walk to bars and restaurants, Miracle Marketplace (Mall) with upscale shops and restaurants. Winn-Dixie Supermarket is 1 blocks away where you can get the best groceries. 15 minutes to Miami International Airport and 20 to South Beach and Design District. Free parking for one car. The apartment is in a building called Shamrock by the Gables. It is one block away from Coral Way, which is surrounded by beautiful neighborhoods like Coral Gables, Brickell, Coconut Grove, and Little Havana. The place is conveniently close to a great variety of shops and restaurants. Coral Way is known by its picturesque banyan trees along the way, it is so green!. It is a delighting neighborhood dotted with vibrant Cuban flavor by its warm and spontaneous people and charming urban spaces. There are a four parking spaces for visitors too and at least 20 parking spaces on 22nd Terrace, across the building with PayByPhone system. The apartment is located only 2 blocks away from Miracle Marketplace Mall, where you will find fine stores like Marshalls, Nordstrom Rack, Bed Bath & Beyond, DSW Shoes, Ulta, Venetian Nail, and Spa, The Spot Barber Shop, Vision Works, Sixt Rent A Car, Toys R Us, LA Fitness, Petsmart, Hooters and more. On Miracle Mile, a few blocks away from the apartment, you will find a Ross, Sears, Winn Dixie, Walgreens, CVS, Boston Market, Mac Donalds, Taco Bell, Pollo Tropical and Denis. For the brides and grooms who come to Miami to buy their wedding gowns, nothing more glamorous and famous than Miracle Mile's bridal shops. It is so good all the shops are walking distance from the apartment. It's lovely to be at walking distance from Coral Gables restaurants, pubs, and cafes. Barnes and Noble, Starbucks, and the Shops at Merrick Park. Easy access to major highways, Dixie Highway (US1) and I-95. The University of Miami is only 2,8 miles away and Jackson Memorial Hospital is 5 miles away. The whole apartment will be for you. The apartment is just two blocks from the beautiful Coral Way, which has a FREE shuttle service connecting with other neighborhoods and tourist/business areas such as Coral Gables, Miami Beach, and Brickell. Uber and Lyft drivers are constantly driving around the building and will pick you up in a few minutes (or right away). The apartment is in a building called Shamrock by the Gables. We are five minutes from Coral Gables and ten from Brickell, Coconut Grove, and Little Havana. The place is conveniently close to a great variety of shops and restaurants.
