🅿️ Parking: Free street parking outside the building, across the street, or down the street. If full, use the paid lot at 1801 Swingos Ct (behind the Comfort Inn).
Reimbursement available upon request.

A. House Rules (Main Pet Policy)

Pets Allowed
• Dogs only, maximum 2 dogs $75 per stay
• Each dog must weigh under 50 lbs
• Pets must not be left unattended unless crated
• No pets on beds or furniture unless you bring your own covers
• Guests must pick up after their pets
• Guests must notify host after booking
• Only well-behaved, house-trained pets
• Damage caused by pets (scratches, stains, odors, chewing) will be billed
• Excessive barking/disturbances may result in early checkout without refund
• Penalty: $200 for undeclared pets

B. NO PARTIES!

Any issue that Guest has with the Unit shall be immediately reported to Manager via the phone number listed in the rental Unit's directions and entry instructions.
Guest understands that Manager and Owner shall have a reasonable amount of time to restore the Unit to acceptable conditions, and that any issues presented to Manager by Guest not preventing reasonable and habitable occupancy of the Unit shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give the Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
