Welcome to Christiana 4 - a peaceful, light-filled retreat with plenty of room for up to eight guests. This three-level renovated townhome combines old-school Breckenridge charm with modern luxury and convenience - all within a short walk to town or the lifts! Vaulted ceilings, an open floor plan, and floor-to-ceiling windows offer the perfect backdrop for your gathering. Whether you want to hit the slopes, shops, or trails, Christiana 4 provides the perfect welcome home at the end of the day.
The space
First floor:
* Stow your gear and kick off your boots in the entryway using the custom-built folding seats, coat hooks, helmet hooks, and glove dryers.
* Enjoy the spacious master suite, with a king-sized bed, full size dresser, spacious closet, en suite bath with tub shower, Roku TV, and walk-out covered patio.
* Settle into the second bedroom, with a queen bed, full size dresser, spacious closet, and Roku TV.
* A second full bath with a tub shower is located on the first floor. All baths include linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer.
* Enjoy access to a washer and dryer, iron/ironing board, ski storage, and boot storage, all located on the first floor under the stairs.
Second floor:
* Relax in the main living area, enjoying vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, two full-size sofas (one pull-out), a Roku TV, books and games, and access to a covered porch.
* Cook as much or as little as you like in the fully-stocked kitchen with newer appliances. Amenities include a coffee maker, crock-pot, electric kettle, toaster, and blender.
* Gather at the six-person dining table or grab a cup of coffee at the wrap around island seating.
* The third full bath is located on the second floor, behind the kitchen, for easy access from the loft and living area.
Loft:
* Climb the spiral stairs for a cozy get-away to read a book on the mini sofa or stream a movie on the loft TV.
* The loft includes a queen-sized bed, bedside table, clothes storage, and a luggage rack.
Guest access
You’ll check yourself in with an access code, which is provided automatically before you arrive.
Unloading your gear is a breeze, with two dedicated parking spots for the unit just steps from your front door.
Access to the community pool and hot tub complex is available during operating hours, with a code provided to you upon check-in.
Other things to note
Christiana 4 is a five minute walk to the Quicksilver Superchair and Peak 9 Base area, or to the shops, restaurants, and entertainment of Main Street. Onsite amenities include free parking for two vehicles, access to the beautiful Columbine pool and hot tubs, an in-unit washer and dryer, Roku TVs for streaming your favorite shows, and complimentary Wi-Fi .
The townhome is furnished with a number of essential supplies required for a comfortable and relaxing stay, including:
* Hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap.
* Fresh bed linens, bath towels, and hot tub towels.
* Paper towels, napkins, food storage supplies, and basic seasonings.
* A starter supply of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate
* Extras amenities including hair dryers, an iron and ironing board, humidifiers, tower fans, and alarm clocks with USB and power outlets.
* Laundry pods, dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge.
Please note:
* Pets are NOT allowed in the townhome, per HOA regulations.
* NO SMOKING is permitted in the townhome .

We love having a townhome with a spacious great room. We also enjoy that you can pull your car up right out front and get in and out without hassle of parking garages and long walks. Oh, and the hot tubs and pool right around the corner is pretty great too!
