About the Vacation Rental Unit:
Welcome to Grayling Grace, a 3-bedroom, 2½-bathroom home offering both comfort and style. The open-concept living area features high ceilings, abundant natural light, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island ideal for gatherings.
Relax in the primary suite with a king bed and private ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll also find a washer and dryer conveniently located next to the master bedroom. The second floor includes a private balcony, while the backyard offers a patio with seating and a grill — perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.
This 3-bedroom, 2½-bathroom vacation rental features:
Master Bedroom: King Bed with ensuite bathroom
Primary Guest Bedroom: Queen bed
3rd Bedroom: Two Twin Beds
Common Area Sleeping Arrangements: Pull-out couch
Guests will have access to 2 full bathrooms plus one half-bath!
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 8 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)
Parking:
Two cars are allowed in the driveway. Additional parking is available by the mailboxes. No street parking is permitted.

The property is also conveniently close to popular shopping and dining destinations at 30Avenue and Pier Park, offering a mix of boutique shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. With its prime location, this home provides the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.
Beach Access:
The nearest access is Inlet Beach Regional Access, about a 2–3-minute drive from the property. This access offers parking, restrooms, and seasonal lifeguards. Located at the end of South Orange Street, about 200 yards south of US Hwy 98, it’s the largest county access with three dune walkovers and 117 parking spaces.
A short half-mile walk east leads to Camp Helen State Park and Lake Powell, with opportunities for kayaking, paddleboarding, and exploring local reefs teeming with marine life.
Quiet hours within this community: 8pm – 8am.
Other details to note:
Trash days are Tuesdays and Fridays. The trash bin is located inside the gate in the backyard. Please take the trash can out the afternoon/evening before pickup. After pickup has occurred, make sure the can is returned to its appropriate location.
For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, there is an external security camera located at this vacation rental. One external camera is located above the front door.
Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
