Cozy 3-bedroom house 15 mins from beach Ping Pong Table/Cold Plunge

Enjoy a peaceful stay at our 3 bed 3 bath home. It is cozy and spacious with style in mind and at a high priority. With a fully equipped kitchen and cozy back patio with a fire pit and ping pong table, we hope you feel at home. You’ll be in a central location, just 15 minutes from the beach and a couple minutes to grocery stores and restaurants! The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, and the house is surrounded by lovely neighbors. We hope you enjoy your home away from home here!

This space has 3 bedrooms 1 being a master with a king sized bed and the other 2 with queen sized memory foam beds and closets with plenty of hanging space, and 3 full bathrooms (one is detached next to bedroom 1 and the other is a jack and Jill bathroom between bedroom 2 and the yoga room)!

Note: the tub in the master bathroom is a cold plunge, not a regular bathtub!

There is a dedicated office with desks and chairs and a printer you are welcome to use. COMPUTERS NOT INCLUDED.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need to cook meals at home! Pots, pans, utensils, seasonings, plates, bowls, cups, blender, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, an extra ice machine, crock pot, Dutch oven, and more!

The kitchen sink is also equipped with an extra filtration system that makes the cold water triple filtered water perfect for drinking and cooking with!

The living room is a cozy oasis that is my personal favorite! It has a 75in Smart Roku TV, and a big comfy couch to lounge and watch your favorite show on!

There is a Laundry room with a washer and drier guests are welcome to use. You will also find beach towels in here as well.

The Garage will be locked and off limits as this is our home as well. Cameras are present inside the garage to protect our privacy while we are away.

The only other camera on the property is the ring doorbell at the front door monitoring the front yard for your safety!

The backyard is fenced in and has a small couch and 2 chairs surrounding a propane fire pit you are welcome to enjoy! There is also a flat top griddle grill, and a ping pong table!
