Welcome to 24 Fleet Street—a beautifully renovated, modern-meets-historic townhouse located on one of the most charming and walkable streets in downtown Annapolis.

Step into Annapolis history with this classic wood-front townhouse nestled among a quiet street, colorful row homes, and waterfront breezes. The front door opens directly onto Fleet Street, where you’re just steps from City Dock, Main Street, and the U.S. Naval Academy. The home features historic charm but has been fully renovated with brand new furniture throughout, and a cozy back patio perfect for morning coffee or evening wine.

Inside, you’ll find a fresh, thoughtfully designed space with stylish, modern decor and coastal touches throughout.
• Living Room: A bright, open-concept living area with comfortable seating, a flat-screen smart TV, electric fireplace and curated decor that balances clean lines with warmth.
• Kitchen: Fully renovated with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a breakfast bar, and all the cookware and dishes needed for dining in.
• Dining Area: A cozy space just off the kitchen with seating for 6 guests, perfect for casual meals or game night.
• Bedrooms: The home features two beautifully appointed bedrooms. Each includes plush bedding, curtains, and calming, neutral tones to help you unwind.
• Bathrooms: Renovated bathrooms feature modern vanities, designer tile, and spa-like finishes with fresh towels and toiletries provided.
