How in good conscience anyone would list this "floating oasis" as great or stunning is irreprehensibl Was no safe way of accessing the boat for five 65-68 yr. old women. No ramp to access. Needed to jump from a plastic two step stool onto a ledge and pull yourself up ladder to get on deck. If you would unfortunately slip or lose your grip you would be in the water. Received check-in instructions upon arrival. Which completely put a damper on our trip right from the get go. Instructions indicated all the hoses and wires that needed hooked up??? Then of all things the bathroom instructions for only "#1's NO #2'S. Were given codes for bathroom at Marina office which was a considerable distance from the boat. I can tell you if these details were listed in posting of boat we would have never booked. In fact we went to the Marina office and spoke to the owner looking for the location of the boat slip. "Pete" was in shock when we told him that we had booked this for the weekend. His immediate response was "you ladies will never be able to get on that boat." He also gave several other negative details that were shocking. After contacting VRBO and speaking to representative multiple times they attempted to contact owner of the boat multiple times. Owner wouldnt respond. VRBO representative advised to dispute charge with bank. We tried to reach her email & actually responded and we explained our issue requesting refund. She said we had to go VRBO. AS OF TODAY DENIED! Nevr got on boat
