Unlike most short-term rental properties that were once someone’s primary residence, Twin Lakes Cottage (TLC) was built from the ground up to be a perfect home-away-from-home for guests. TLC is a newly built, luxury, modern farmhouse cottage on two fenced & gated acres near Shawnee Twin Lakes, Shawnee, OK. Home features a King bed, large walk-in shower & soaking tub, full size washer/dryer, and a fully-equipped kitchen. A six-foot wagon wheel ceiling fan centers the open studio style floor plan with 14ft vaulted ceilings.

From the initial booking to the end of my stay, it was a FIVE STAR experience. The cottage is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and has everything needed to make the stay complete. Plus, the scenic location and terrific front-porch view is idyllic.

Loved the place. A quiet neighborhood for easy relaxation. Host was very responsive when asking questions and providing information. The host stock some of those essentials that you might have forgot to bring. The only minor issue was the concert floor bother my feet.

Thank you for the great review! Sorry the floor hurt your feet. Having concrete floors in the cottage may not be as comfortable as we'd like, but makes it easier to keep clean and sanitary for our guests. Please stay with us again sometime.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Twin Lakes Cottage, it was an incredible and comfortable retreat! The home and property were luxurious and restful. We enjoyed the cozy bed and the relaxing bath. The location is ideal, close enough to easily explore Oklahoma City and other nearby attractions. The hosts were incredibly gracious and thoughtful, even providing updates on local storms during our stay. This home is really beautiful, we loved every minute and highly recommend it

The property called “twin lake cottage” was an excellent choice for my wife and I to spend a short week near Shawnee Oklahoma. We found the property to be extremely clean and quiet. Everything was in great working order, and it was nicely furnished with everything that we needed. The host was tremendously helpful and was quick to respond with anything that we needed. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a stay in or around the Shawnee area. It was a very good value and a nice quiet getaway. We were about 20 minutes from our friends that actually live in Shawnee.

The host were excellent and the place was beautiful and the amenities were over the top. We thought was it was a one bedroom but it was an efficiency it still worked out. If I am in the area I would definitely stay again and recommend to my friends. Sorry we removed the linen. Marian Turner

Amazing little cottage getaway. Beautiful scenery, close drive to lake, very nice accommodations. The hosts were amazing and provided several extras. It was well-stocked on everything and offered a lot of options. I enjoyed sitting on the front porch swing in the mornings and evenings and was able to make meals easily in the kitchen. It was a wonderful stay.
