I’m sorry you had a bad experience Cassidy. First addressing the bugs, in Oklahoma and especially small towns like Shawnee you will encounter some bugs especially when leaving the door or windows open. We don’t spray or kill bugs unless there is an infestation that will structurally damage the property or harm our guests. We tend to leave the window ac units off until a a guests arrive to improve the carbon footprints and keep costs down so they aren’t consistently running when no guests are there. We do have ceiling fans in every room and if the air conditioning and ceiling fans are on once you arrive, it would have cooled the place down within minutes. Communication is everything when it come to service and if there were any problems you may have had, I was only a message away. My cleaner sent me a message after you left saying there were tracks of mud and debris left throughout the whole house including the living room, kitchen and dining room floors. She explained she had to scrub and mop the dried mud and debris 4 times just to make sure the next guests has an immaculate clean house. Although I do allow pets, I’m not sure what happened, but pet hair was all over every piece of furniture and it took her over 4 hours to clean the hair on the beds, the dining chairs, and sofa. My cleaners do their best and are very honest when it comes to cleaning and damages. I respect their time and honesty about every guest. Unfortunately, you didn’t have a good experience because I messaged you asking how did that all that mud and pet hair happen, but instead you went ahead and gave me a 1 star review. Again, communication is key. I’m sorry you weren’t able to communicate well enough so we both can have a better experience overall.
