Sit back, relax, and soak in the peaceful beauty of nature at our Linn Valley lake front home. This spacious four bedroom retreat has plenty of room for families to gather and enjoy a weekend on the lake. Just 40 minutes away from Overland Park in a secure, gated community.
Enjoy your own private dock, lily pad, floats, for fun on the water. In the evenings, unwind lakefront with a glass of wine or cook dinner on the gas grill,
Within the community, you'll also find a golf course, frisbee golf, mini putt-putt, and pickleball courts. Plus, several local wineries are a short drive away for a relaxing afternoon outing.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Primary bedroom (main level) with a king size bed and private bathroom off of it. The second bedroom (main level) has a queen size bed and access to a full hallway bathroom. The third bedroom (main level) has a bunk room with four twin size beds with access to a full hallway bathroom. The fourth bedroom (lower level) has a full size bed with a twin trundle that pulls out underneath. The fourth bedroom has access to a full bathroom on the lower level. All bedrooms are provided with bedding.
Kitchen: Stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, wine glasses, drip coffee pot, coffee filters, pots, pans, dishes and silverware.
General: Free WiFi, keyless entry, shampoo, conditioner, soap, linens, trash bags, washer, dryer, central heating and air conditioning, and paper towels.
FAQ: ring doorbell on front and back doors, quiet hours are 9pm to 7am.
