I hope you had enjoyed your stay. The thermostat at all of our houses is preset to not go under 73F cause the AC could freeze and won't work. If that happens, not only you would have no air conditioner for a long period cause once the technician fix it it would take 4 or 5 hours to cool down , but it also has a cost for that service. The pool pump works on a timer not 24 hs, it usually works from 9 to 9. Thank you

Thank you for your feedback and I must say I'm surprised, cleanliness?? You called me many times and never mentioned anything of these. Most pillows have been replaced 2 months ago, along with all the sheets and comforters. The range is brand new and the kitchen is meticulously cleaned before each guest and we always get compliments about the cleaning, so not sure what you refer to. I wouldn't have expected this review after you called me last night when you get locked outside because you didn't follow the recommendation of leaving the key in the lock box. On a rainy Friday night in high season it took me 1:45 hs just to get there to open the door and you only have complaints to write here, sorry but I think is not fair at all.
