Our sun-filled 3-bedroom duplex apartment that is private and peaceful is inside a historic brownstone and has amenities for families, business travelers, and friends alike – 4 queen beds, A/C, WiFi, a smart TV, washer and dryer, oven, dishwasher & more! Beautiful + safe neighborhood with restaurants, shops and parks all within a few blocks & NYC just a 10 min train ride away! NO AIRBNB FEES!

The neighborhood is filled with restaurants, bars, and shops within a few blocks from the apartment. Newark Ave, a pedestrian-only walking street, is 4 blocks away with restaurants, bars, and shops. 3 blocks away is Hamilton Park, with lawns, playgrounds, tennis courts, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, gym, and occasional farmers market.
The Grove St PATH Station for the train into NYC is about a 10 minute walk away through cute residential streets.
Guests have full, private access to the bottom 2 floors of the brownstone.

Parking is not included, but there are a few parking options. I like Columbus Garage LLC, 66 Christopher Columbus Drive, Jersey City, NJ 07302. I believe it’s $28 a day. It’s right next to the Grove Street Path into NYC.
Street parking is for residents only on weekdays, meaning there is a two hour limit on parking Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm. Nights and weekends you can park on the street.
