This brand-new 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom luxury home offers filtered views of Lake Tahoe and is just a short walk to Speedboat Beach and the lake’s famous turquoise waters. Designed with comfort and style in mind, every detail has been thoughtfully curated to create an unforgettable Tahoe experience.

• Sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably across 4 spacious bedrooms, each featuring a private ensuite bathroom, individual heating and A/C controls.
•A 5th 1/2 bathroom downstairs adds convenience for guests or entertaining.
Living Spaces
• Enjoy two inviting living rooms, each with its own gas fireplace, plush seating, and Smart TVs, perfect for movie nights or cozy après-ski evenings.
• A modern open-concept kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, quartz countertops, a large island, and all the cookware and essentials needed to dine in.
Outdoor Living
• Two covered decks offer year-round enjoyment. Sip morning coffee with filtered lake views or relax under Tahoe’s starry skies.

Kings Beach is the town we know and love! It’s where we’re raising our family and where we spend our days exploring the trails, beaches, and mountains. The neighborhood has so much to offer: gorgeous beaches, hiking and biking trails, proximity to top ski resorts, and a friendly local community. We’re close to great restaurants, shops, and live music, and Reno, Carson City, and South Lake Tahoe are all less than an hour away.
