Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Read rules before booking.



Pool heating* $100/night on request. Boat lift can only be used with prior approval.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

- To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest

listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within

48 hours of booking confirmation.

- Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps

are completed.

Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a

Rental Agreement that includes:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.

- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card

before check-in.

- No unauthorized usage of the boat lift. The boat lift can only be used

with prior approval, liability waiver signed, and nonrefundable deposit

paid. Those found in violation of these rules risk being fined $300

- Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property.

- Local guests please contact me prior to booking.

- No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination

of the stay.

- An exterior camera is installed solely for security purposes.

- Parking is available for 5 vehicles in the street.

- Pets upon request. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay (no

cats).

○ We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up

after your dog.

- If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on,

turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you

make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back
