✹ PARKING: Paid parking is conveniently located just across the street from the apartment building.
✹ WORK FROM HOME: Free, high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in the living room.
✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ’n Play/travel crib and a high chair.
✹ NO PETS: We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable for accommodating them.

✹ NO PARTIES/EVENTS: We kindly request you treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
✹ NO WEAPONS OR DRUGS ALLOWED; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
✹ NOISE POLICY: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The unit is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
