Welcome to your perfect Park City Mountain retreat! This warm family-friendly townhome offers plenty of space for groups or families seeking comfort and convenience near all of Park City's attractions. With 3 bedrooms + a bunk room, 3.5 baths, and two spacious living rooms, everyone can spread out and unwind after a day in the mountains.
Sleeping arrangements
Sleeps 10, located on the 2nd floor you will find a large primary suite with king bed, ensuite bath, jetted tub, and private balcony. There are two separate queen bedrooms sharing a full bath. The lower-level bunk room, and full bath-comfortably round out accommodations for 10 guests.
Open kitchen/dining/living room
The open-concept kitchen and dining area provide everything you need for home-cooked meals or apres-ski gatherings. Fire up the Webber Grill and enjoy the fresh mountain air from one of the multiple decks that surround the home, each offering peaceful views of Park City's natural beauty. The first floor living room offers a large smart TV, gas fireplace, beautiful mountain and sunset views. There is also 1/2 bath and separate laundry room.
The lower level;
Is a kid-friendly hangout with a large TV and bunk room (two sets of twin bunks) - ideal for movie nights or games after skiing. Step outside the lower level and soak in the spectacular sunsets from the private hot tub. Both living areas feature gas fireplaces for that classic alpine ambiance.

Whether you're hitting the slopes or exploring town, this cozy mountain getaway is the perfect base for your next Park City adventure. Enjoy a quiet neighborhood on the Historic Rail Trail, close to world-class ski resorts, scenic trails, great restaurants, and historic Main Street - all just minutes from your door. Easy access to both Park City Mountain and Deer Valley, just 2–3 miles away. The free Park City shuttle stops about 300 yards from the home, connecting you to Main Street’s restaurants, ski lifts, and shops without the need to drive.
