MAIN LEVEL:
> Living room: TV, multiple seating areas, gas fireplace. This is a museum of lake monster fossil and other interesting artifacts. Turn on the wall wave lights for a spectacular display right above you
> Kitchen: Loaded with everything to make a thanksgiving dinner. All you need to do is bring your ingredients!
> Pantry: Large dishes, blender, mixer, rice cooker, hot water kettle
> Coffee Bar: Coffee and tea, creamers and sugar on the house
> Dinning area: Large table for dinner party enough for 12 adults
> Entry: Guest supply closet where you can find things like flashlights, batteries, extension cords...etc
> Bunk bedroom: 4 twin beds decorated in fun monster theme, A/C, Roku TV
> Back patio deck for outdoor entertaining. Outdoor dining table set, seating, and BBQ grill
> String lighting on timer that lead you down to the lakefront

LAKE ACCESS
> Lakes can be used for boating and kayaking. Note that the water closest to the dock is shallow, no diving off deck. Water depth increases as you move further away from dock.

APCP Community and Amenities
> Community offers a variety of amenities such as pools, basketball court, tennis, mini golf and much more.

> Amenity badges are required for each guest that uses any of the community amenities. Badges can be purchased at the main admin office building for $12 per person per day. Amenities are seasonal (Passes are available to be purchased during summer months).

> We cannot control the amenities offered at the community. Hours of operation and availability is determined by the community. They have the rights to change, limit, or close the facilities as they deem appropriate; such as weather or any other unforeseen circumstances. We will not be able to provide refund for unavailable amenities as these are outside of our control.

Community Registration Requirements
> All guests including adults, children, and pets must be pre-registered prior to arriving.
> Vehicles coming into the community will also require registration. Drivers must provide valid license and car registration at the welcome center upon arrival.

> Shortly after your booking, We will message you directly and provide as much info is needed ahead of time to ensure community registration is done in a timely fashion (Must be completed at least 72 hours prior to arrival), and your check-in day is going to be as smooth as possible. *** Note that Friday evening tends to be the busiest ad the welcome center as most people arrive for weekend vacations at the same time. Please plan accordingly. Failure to complete registration before deadline may result in reservation cancellation.

> Rental Agreement will be sent to you electronically upon booking acceptance. Please review all terms, sign, and provide us a photo ID to finalize your reservation.

FEES
> Regular registration fee: $50 already included with booking price
> Late registration fee: Additional $75 will be billed to you if registration is not completed 3 days (72 hours) prior to your arrival
> Early check-in / late check-out: $50 for the request (Request must be pre-approved by host depending on availability)
> Pet fee: $100 per pet (2-pet maximum; additional pets by request). For 2 pets reservations, $100 is collected by the booking platform at time of reservation. The 2nd $100 is collected separately.

Booking Age Requirement
> You must be 21 or older to book with us.

KEY HOUSE RULES
> The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If not signed within the deadline, your booking may be cancelled with no refund
> Additional lake access waiver must be signed by each participant planning to enter the lake (Parents must sign for minors less than 18 years of age)
> No smoking of any kind allowed inside the house
> Quiet hours 11PM - 7AM
> Only registered guests allowed on property. No parties
> Respect neighbors and nature
