Step inside and be greeted by a spacious, open-plan living area flooded with natural light. The sleek, modern design features high-end finishes and contemporary furnishings, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen boasts state-of-the-art appliances and everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal after a day of exploring the city's attractions.



The two large bedrooms provide a serene sanctuary, each offering plush new bedding and ample closet space to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Each bedroom comes with its own bathroom, equipped with modern amenities to enhance your stay.



One of the highlights of this condo is the private patio, a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while taking in the city’s vibe. For those seeking a relaxing retreat, head to the rooftop courtyard where you’ll find a stunning pool. We offer one free parking space in our automated mechanical parking system, or sometimes called a "puzzle parking system". It will fit cars and most SUVs, but nothing extremely large (up to 196" long, 82" tall, 80" wide). If your vehicle will not fit in our parking structure or if you need a second parking spot, there is parking less than a block away from that you can pay for.

Guest Access:

We'll send out detailed check-in instructions a few days before your arrival. To access your condo unit, you'll need an electronic key fob to enter the building and a key to enter your unit. There is a lock-box bolted onto the wall outside of the building, and we'll give you detailed instructions on how to find that lockbox, as well as a code to get into it where you'll find the fob and the key. Super simple!



Check-in time is 4 pm, but we can usually get you in earlier than that if no other guests are in the condo right before you and if you coordinate with us a day or two ahead of time. When this site says that your check-in time is "flexible", they mean that we can work with you if you request an early check-in; it doesn't mean that you can check in whenever you want and we don't guarantee early check-ins. So please plan on getting our approval for your check-in time 2 or 3 days out. Please request high chairs, pack-n-play cribs, blow-up beds, and strollers prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

This is located in the extremely walkable Gateway District of town with lots of restaurants and shopping experiences within a few minutes of the door. Located just steps away from an array of dining, shopping, and entertainment options, this upscale condo provides easy access to all that Salt Lake City has to offer since it's right in the middle of the downtown Gateway district. Explore nearby attractions such as the Salt Lake City Public Library, the City Creek Center, and the lively nightlife that makes this area so vibrant.



Getting Around:

There is a light rail stop as well as several bus stops within a block of the condo.



Other Things to Note:

WE HAVE NO HIDDEN FEES. Our only fees are clearly listed in several places on this listing: There is a one-time cleaning fee which is clearly listed by this site. Dogs are welcome, NO CATS ALLOWED, any other type of animal needs to be approved ahead of time. Conventions rates & holidays will override the standard rates shown, even if the convention dates change. Some convention dates are not input yet, and will apply regardless of reservations and inquiries made.



Rates fluctuate automatically according to a computer-driven algorithm based on supply & demand. But don't worry, your rates will be locked in at the time you pay for your reservation, so if they go up or down, we will not charge you the difference or give you a refund. So no worries - we'll honor your original rates :-)



We can provide one travel crib (pack n' play), one baby high-chair, one self-inflating deluxe twin bed kit, and one baby stroller free of charge on request. Additional cribs, high-chairs, or beds can be provided, but each may incur an additional cost. Last-minute requests are not guaranteed.



This is a full-time vacation rental - it is not cluttered with an owner's personal items since nobody lives here.



Our only fees are clearly listed in several places on this listing: There is a a one-time cleaning fee that covers the cleaning that occurs after you check out. NO CATS ALLOWED.
