The Edinburgh Christmas Market and Fringe Festival venues are only a short walk away, and the city centre is minutes from your door. With a tram line to the airport just around the corner, this beautifully styled home features original period details, curated artwork, and all the comforts of modern living.
The space
Relax in a spacious, light-filled apartment that combines historic charm with contemporary comfort.
You’ll find:
A fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, air fryer, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, and everything you need to cook with ease.
A spa-style bathroom with rainfall shower and ambient LED lighting — perfect for unwinding after a day in the city.
Two generous double bedrooms overlooking private gardens, each with a memory foam mattress and soft linens.
A bright living room with original features, curated artwork, and a plush sofa that converts into a comfortable single bed with a mattress topper.
A six-person dining table — ideal for leisurely meals or evening gatherings.
You’ll also enjoy ultra-fast 1GB fibre Wi-Fi, a smart TV with all major streaming platforms, and a dedicated workspace for planning your day or catching up on work.
Just a 15-minute walk to Princes Street, you’ll have easy access to Edinburgh’s historic landmarks, leafy parks, and independent cafés. Paid on-street parking and excellent transport links are right outside the door.

The kitchen pantry is stocked with a generous selection of non-perishables, condiments, and sauces. Aside from a few clearly marked personal items, you’re welcome to use anything during your stay. The bathroom cupboard also includes personal care products for your convenience.
If you’d like to store your bags outside standard check-in/check-out times, this can sometimes be arranged on request. Please note the flat is cleaned immediately after each stay — bedrooms and amenities aren’t available during this time, and bags should be packed and stored in the hallway only. You may briefly cross paths with our lovely cleaner.
If there’s anything you find missing or any small comfort that would make your stay more enjoyable, we’re only a text away.
