This beautifully presented ground floor self contained apartment is the ideal base for visiting Edinburgh for the Festival, weekend breaks and holidays. The apartment can sleep four adults comfortably in two double bedrooms and we are also able to provide a travel cot for small children.

The apartment is in the city centre close to an array of fantastic bars and restaurants with attractions within walking distance.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment throughout their stay
Other things to note
Arrival time is usually after 3pm and departure before 11am. We do our best to accommodate guests who’d like to arrive earlier or leave later than these times. If this isn’t possible due to other bookings then you’re able to drop your bags early or leave them later in the apartment. If you’re arriving really early or leaving Edinburgh very late then there are affordable third party left luggage options which can be useful.
If you would like use of the travel cot or high chair then please provide prior notice so that we can make sure these are arranged for you. We’re happy to provide a mattress protector and sheet for the cot however once again we would be grateful for prior notice for these.
