There is some construction nearby, so at times you might notice a bit of activity in the surroundings. However, the apartment is a comfortable and well-equipped space for you to enjoy your stay.
We want all of our guests to have an incredible stay with us, always with the same quality and service, so its essential to follow the next rules:

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If you wish to check in from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight), an extra fee of $15 USD will be charged. From 12:00 AM onwards, an extra fee of $30 USD will be charged.

It is strictly forbidden to access the building with anyone that has not been registered before the check-in and exceeds the maximum allowed.
Please remember to keep all building and apartment doors closed at all times.
It`s important not to grant access to anyone you don’t know.
Extra fees will be charged if your towels or bed clothing are missing or in bad condition.
If you find any damage or breakdown, please let us know as soon as possible.
