Each home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with queen beds in every bedroom plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, comfortably sleeping 6 guests per home. You’ll enjoy two private heated pools (each available for a $200/day heating fee), two full kitchens, two living rooms, two dining areas, two BBQ grills, and two fully fenced tropical yards—giving everyone room to spread out and relax.
Designed with a modern coastal flair, both homes offer a welcoming, resort-style feel with all the comforts of home. Guests will have exclusive access to both homes—the East and West sides of the duplex—providing complete privacy and space for up to 12 guests total (6 guests per home). Each home includes its own private heated pool (with $200/day heating fee), fenced yard, living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and dedicated workspace.
You’ll also have private entrances, two driveways with parking for multiple vehicles, and outdoor seating with BBQ grills. The entire property is yours to enjoy—perfect for families, couples, or groups who want to stay close while having their own space to relax and unwind.
We respect your privacy but are always available if you need us! Guests can enjoy full privacy and self check-in for a seamless arrival. Our local management team is nearby and happy to help with anything you need—whether it’s restaurant recommendations, area attractions, or quick assistance during your stay.
