Welcome to our newly remodeled two-story townhome – a modern, spacious retreat offering comfort, convenience, and contemporary style.
Spanning 1,100 sq. ft., this thoughtfully designed home comfortably accommodates up to four guests. It features two well-appointed bedrooms—one with a king-sized bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the second with a queen-sized bed and its own bathroom with a tub. For added convenience, there’s a powder room (half bath) on the main floor near the living area.
The living room includes a pull-out sofa bed, perfect for extra guests or families. You’ll also find brand-new bathrooms and a modern kitchen equipped with a four-seater dining table, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, knife set, and all the essentials you need to feel at home. A full-length mirror adds a practical and stylish touch.
Enjoy full access to the entire home, including a private, fenced backyard—ideal for relaxing or unwinding. Two reserved parking spaces are also included.
Located in a prime area, you’re just minutes away from top attractions like Topgolf, Main Event, Costco, Home Depot, and Lowe’s, plus a wide selection of dining and shopping options.
