The main level features three bedrooms, a spacious dining room, a large kitchen, and a bright living room with a skylight. There are two full bathrooms, each with oversized showers. Two bedrooms offer one queen bed each, while the third bedroom includes two queen beds. Two rollaway twin beds are also available, allowing the main level of the home to comfortably sleep up to 10 guests.

The living room provides a comfortable gathering space with a sofa and additional room for the rollaway beds, making it ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.

The upper level is a private suite with its own entrance, perfect for added privacy. It features a bedroom with a king-sized bed, a spacious living area with a sofa sleeper, a full bathroom with a shower, and a kitchenette. While there is no stove or oven, the space includes an electric skillet, slow cooker, hot plate, microwave, and kettle for convenient meal preparation.
The upper level comfortably allows up to three guests.

Kayak and paddleboard rentals are available nearby, and the mangrove tunnels are just down the street for those looking to explore.

Lawn and pool services are scheduled weekly. Pool service takes place on Thursdays between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM and lasts approximately 30 minutes. Lawn service is on Tuesdays between 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM. Sprinklers operate early in the morning from 5:30 AM to 6:30 AM.

Easy checkout instructions include starting the dishwasher, turning off lights, locking the door, leaving the home in a tidy, broom-swept condition, and placing used towels in the shower areas. We’ll take care of the rest.
