The Space:
Welcome to your one-level lakefront escape, a cozy 640 sq. ft. retreat designed for slow mornings, easy afternoons, and starry nights over the water. Every inch feels intentional and inviting, blending comfort and simplicity with the calm rhythm of lake life.

Inside:
The open living area is bright and airy, with comfortable seating, a TV, and sliding doors that open to the deck and wide water views. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a washer and dryer discreetly tucked away.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, a twin daybed, and a view of the lake that makes mornings feel timeless. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and its own sliding doors to the deck—perfect for a quiet cup of coffee before the day begins.

Outside:
The lakeside deck is made for lounging and sunset dinners, complete with comfortable furniture and a propane grill. A private dock stretches into the water, with a mooring ball ready for your boat (*summer only*). Two kayaks with paddles and life jackets are also included for exploring the shoreline (*summer only*).

This home may be compact, but it captures everything that makes Northern Michigan unforgettable - sunlight on the water, the smell of pine in the air, and that feeling you get when you realize you’ve found your favorite spot on the lake.

Guest Access:
Private key coded entrance with parking for up to four vehicles. Two spaces are located next to the home, and two are available across the street.

To keep things smooth and enjoyable for everyone, here are a few important details before your stay:

All guests must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Age will be verified after booking. A $74 damage waiver is required for each stay, providing up to $600 in accidental damage coverage. If damages exceed that amount or are found to be intentional, NoMi STAY reserves the right to recover additional costs.

A high chair and pack ’n play are available upon request for a small fee. A nonrefundable credit card processing fee applies to all reservations.

Dogs are welcome! Up to two dogs may join you for an additional pet fee. Please keep them leashed at all times for everyone’s safety and comfort. We love pets, but no lonely barking pups, please take them along on your adventures or kennel them if you step out. Be sure to clean up after them so we can keep our properties pet friendly for everyone.

For stays of 14 nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning is required. Shorter stays can request one if desired.

Dock Details:
The dock is available Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend for loading and unloading only, with a 15-minute limit. A mooring ball just beyond the dock is provided for boat storage between rides. Winds on the lake can shift fast and cause damage to both boats and docks, so please use the mooring ball for safety.
