Esta unidad tiene un diseño elegante y está ubicada en la parte inferior de esta casa de Beautiful Lake ubicada en Crystal Lake. Esta es una construcción completamente nueva que acaba de terminar y usted estará entre los primeros invitados. Esta caminata está a solo unos pasos de uno de los lagos más hermosos de Michigan. Tiene una cocina completa con lavaplatos, 1 dormitorio grande con una reina con un colchón tempurpedic de alta calidad y una vista del lago desde su cama, y 1 baño completo, también tiene un sofá cama que puede alojar a 2 personas y una Murphy saca la cama que tiene capacidad para 2. También tiene acceso a la lavadora y secadora. Tiene acceso directo a la playa al lago, a pocos pasos de las puertas de salida. Esta casa es un paraíso para el descanso y la relajación.

Esta casa está recién construida, por lo que no se permitirá fumar en absoluto en los terrenos de la propiedad o en la casa, por favor. Esta unidad se encuentra en la parte inferior de la huelga de la casa representada. Está totalmente separado y tiene su propia vivienda. Los propietarios estarán en la parte superior de la casa y compartirán la hermosa playa de arena. Cuando los propietarios estén presentes, los huéspedes serán más que bienvenidos a dar un paseo o ir en tubing con los propietarios en su barco Pontoon. Kayaks están disponibles para uso de los huéspedes de forma gratuita.

Verás en las imágenes por qué lo llaman CRYSTAL LAKE ya que el agua es cristalina. Esto es igual que el Caribe con el agua azul aguamarina y la hermosa playa privada de arena.

Hay una ducha exterior para enjuagar e incluso se puede cocinar sobre la chimenea en la playa o en la BarbQ Grille en el patio exterior.

Estamos ubicados en el lado sur de Crystal Lake, a medio camino entre Beulah y el lanzamiento del barco DNR.

El sendero de Betsie Valley está justo al lado de nosotros y puede dar un agradable paseo o andar en bicicleta hacia la ciudad o alrededor del sistema de senderos.

También tenemos un amarre para todos los huéspedes que deseen traer su propio barco y de esta manera tienen algo con lo que amarrarse..

The property is amazing. Lakeside with access to the water just across the street. The "breach" and the dock are both excellent.Host has provided kayaks and SUPs which was most welcome.

Amazing Stay

An absolutely fantastic place to stay. The house is beautiful and the views of the lake are better than you can imagine. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy the lake. Brian and Cheryl were great, made sure everything was ready for us, check in was super easy, and the most friendly of hosts. My wife and I will be booking with them everytime we are back in the area.

Great Location and Beautiful Home

My husband, two kids (14 and 11), and I stayed for 4 nights. We enjoyed the accommodations, as they were just enough for our family of four. Communication with Brian and Cheryl was great. They are living full-time in the top level of this home, so we were able to chat everyday. Our family loved the lake and taking advantage of the paddle boards and kayaks. We spent most of our time on Crystal Lake and on the sandy beach. There's a lovely outdoor shower to clean off from the beach, with hot water! Fresh linens were provided and we had full access to the washer/dryer. The rental is located on the lower level of the full home. It's ADA accessible, if you use the front yard. If you park in the driveway, there's a bit of an incline and open stairs to the bottom level. This worked out just fine for our crew, but for anyone reading with ADA needs, I'd recommend accessing the home from the street side and you'll be a-okay. We'll look forward to visiting again. Thanks again, Brian and Cheryl!

Read before booking

While there are several positive reviews, if you are looking for a positive experience, I recommend looking elsewhere. Do not let the perfect location and home on the water entice you. The gentleman who you will be communicating with is very harsh and if I could screenshot photos of our texting communication that would say it all. It’s simply not worth the time and energy to spend sharing all the details. He is very warm and welcoming in person but if there’s any hiccups along the way, you will get verbally abused via text message and or phone call. Even though we don’t sleep in, you will hear the family above you starting their day at a very early time. They have two dogs that run laps upstairs starting at about 5:30am. Pay the extra money for a quiet, peaceful stay.

Charming and cozy

The apartment is nicely decorated and very comfortable with all we needed for our week stay. The owners are friendly, welcoming and very accessible and the beach out front with its fire pit is a great hangout place. It is a very well-cared for property. 😁

This place is great

Bryan and Cheryl have done an amazing job with this space. It appears brand new and is impeccably clean and furnished. They have a beach in front of the house right across a one lane quiet street. They have lounge chairs, picnic tables, a fire pit, a gas grill, kayaks and beach toys. They invited us to enjoy a glass of wine with them and are incredibly friendly and helpful. This is the best place we have stayed on the VRBO website to date.

Spectacular Crystal Lake Apartment

The apartment was spectacular. It’s situated right on the south shore of one of the world’s most beautiful lakes-Crystal Lake. Each room has a view of the lake. Many of the cottages around Crystal Lake date back to the 1930s. This cottage and the apartment are basically brand new, modern and all of the finishes were totally updated. The adjoining private beach is the best on the south shore including grills, fire pits, kayaks, floats, dock etc. The owners are cordial and accommodating and ready to help out for any requests. We had a wonderful vacation.

Cozy, clean and cute

You can tell the owners take great pride in this rental. It’s updated, attractive, comfortable and convenient to the beach (walk out the front door) and to town. It has plenty of amenities and was ideal for our family of four.

Tons of attention to detail!

Brian and Sheryl’s property was pristine and you can see their attention to detail throughout the space. This was a perfect stay for our family of four, and the location couldn’t be better. We used the beach, the fire pit, swam in the lake, and enjoyed walking into Beulah for coffee and breakfast. The amenities inside the rental (kitchen, bath, sleeping) are just as well thought out and the layout of the space was perfect. It was also a great location for proximity to the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes, Glen Arbor, and Frankfort. We enjoyed meeting the owners and hope to get back to their beautiful property in the future!

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this little oasis on Crystal Lake…Brian and his wife were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. They were gracious enough to take the kids and I out for a boat ride, and put out a floating mat and SUPs for us to use at our leisure…they even grilled dinner and s’mores on the fire for us which was above and beyond. The lake is crystal clear with a beautiful sand beach. The house has all been redone- very clean, well appointed with great mattresses and comfy reclining couch. We had a blast and can’t wait to visit again. Location couldn’t be better for exploring Lake Michigan…quick scenic drive less than 15 minutes to Frankfort beach, 20 min to Betsy Lighthouse, 30 min to Sleeping Bear/Glen Arbor…

Pure Michigan

This was our first time visiting Crystal Lake and this property was the perfect place to stay. The home is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. Has everything you might need including the best view to wake up and go to sleep to. We loved relaxing on the property's beach and splashing in the water. The proximity to town (a short walk) as well as to Frankfort and Sleeping Bear Dunes were a bonus. Lastly, the owner's of the property were so kind and super helpful. They provided multiple recommendations and always were very responsive when we had questions. We can't wait to visit again!

I've never met an honorable tobacco user

Upon check in the owner's wife saw a pack of cigarettes in my vehicle. Twice I affirmed I was aware of the no smoking on thew property rule. I have stayed at numerous other non smoking properties and have never had an issue. I was on the property for less than 20 minutes. The owner's wife told me I the owner wished to speak to me. I again reaffirmed I was aware of the no smoking rule for this property. The owner told me nobody who smoked or vaped was honorable. I asked how to resolve the issue and he told me I must leave the property immediately. I contacted VRBO to get a refund and they contacted me after speaking to the owner who lied to them and said I had violated the non smoking policy. If you rent this property, you shoulds be aware that the owner believes he has the right to control what you do either on or off his property even if what you are doing is totally legal. You should also be aware that although he believes anyone using tobacco or vpaing in any form is not honorable, he feels no personal need to be honest with VRBO and feels entitled to keep your money although ironically he will return a damage deposit that he says in the listing would be forfeited should you chose to use tobacco on the property. If you keep reading I am sure you will find a triggered and angry response from the property owner which will tell you all need to know.

Best VRBO Booking!

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenage boys) stayed at Crystal Haven for a week at the end of July -- it was a great experience! Brian and Cheryl were incredible hosts and the accommodations were perfect! They take great pride in Crystal Haven and it shows. It was the easiest check-in and check-out that we have experienced used VRBO. The swimming/paddle boarding/kayaking was amazing in the crystal clear water on the private beach! And there is so much to do and see in the area...dunes, hiking, kayaking Crystal River, shopping, dining out, mini golf, etc. We had one of our best vacations here and are keeping it on our list to visit again!! Highly recommend!

GREAT stay in Northern Michigan

Brian and Cheryl were the ultimate hosts; making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! They are kind and generous and provide a beautiful place on the Crystal Lake lakefront. It was perfect for our family of 4 (kids ages 8 & 12) with perfect beach access and proximity to the Betsie trail! We will definitely be staying again!

This home was perfect for our week long stay with gorgeous views of the lake. The sandy beach is amazing with everything you need for a great beach vacation. The house is beautiful and very clean and comfortable. Brian and Cheryl are great hosts who went above and beyond.

Excellent accommodations and location. The beach area was beautiful and had everything we needed to enjoy the lake. Great hospitality. Brian and Cheryl were welcoming and wanted us to have a great trip. Detail to the little things - it felt like we were staying in someone's home instead of a rental property. Fantastic Lake House

This is easily the best VRBO my family of 4 (kids: 12 & 9 yo) has stayed at. It was easy to unwind with everything we could need already provided. Brian and Cheryl went above and beyond outfitting this space with luxurious pillows and mattresses (best sleep I've had in months) kayaks and SUP boards, and they thought of everything to make their guests quickly feel comfortable. We LOVED roasting hotdogs over the fire pit, watching the sunset from the dock, and paddling in the a.m. This area is really something special and we are already planning our 2023 visit!

Pristine and beautiful

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lakeside home. It was spacious for two and had a beautiful view of Crystal Lake. It occupies the first floor of a new large and beautiful lakefront home. It was pristine and finished beautifully making it truly comfortable to be in the space. We had great access to the property’s wide beach directly across a little one lane road. The beachfront is outfitted with lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs around a fire pit, a dock and lake toys. It’s sandy and easy on bare feet. All clean and really lovely. We built a fire in the fire pit one evening and watched the moon rise over the lake. It was beautiful and serene. This home is a gem and the lake and surrounding area is beautiful to explore. The owners were accessible and lovely. We will be back.

Gorgeous!

We stayed for 4 nights at this gorgeous property. The views of Crystal lake were amazing! The cottage is very clean and new, the owners were wonderful to work with and very prompt in their response. The amenities that we were able to use just added to the great experience. We would definitely rent again if we are near Frankfort.

Best vacation

Brian and Cheryl were amazing hosts. Their home was convenient to bike /walking path to both Beulah and Frankfort. The accommodations were great and they provided many amenities for enjoying our vacation at the lake. I know they didn’t have anything to do with the weather, but it was the best. Thank you Brian and Cheryl. Will do it again!

Property is located right on the lake. It located right next to the Betsie Valley Trail. Guests are free to use our kayaks. When the owner is present guests will be welcome to ride along on the owners' Pontoon boat and enjoy a beautiful ride around the lake and also go tubing. The water is Crystal clear and is just absolutely beautiful!

You can wake up every day to a view of the lake as your bedroom has a large window and you can see the lake from your bed. Then our beach and inviting water is only steps from your door.

Inside you will have top of the line Quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances.

This house is newly constructed in July of 2019
