Inside, every detail has been carefully curated to bring people together while offering room to spread out and unwind. The open-concept living area features soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, and relaxed coastal design throughout. Multiple sitting areas and Smart TVs create ideal spaces for movie nights, casual conversation, or quiet morning coffee. A spacious game room adds another layer of fun, complete with a ping pong table, board games, and additional seating for everyone to gather and play.

The fully equipped kitchen is designed with both style and function in mind, featuring stainless steel appliances, double ovens, and ample counter space for cooking and entertaining. A breakfast nook and large dining table offer comfortable spots to enjoy meals together, while outdoor dining options by the pool make every meal feel like an occasion.

Five well-appointed bedrooms, plus an upstairs loft, provide restful accommodations for every member of your group. Each bedroom includes plush bedding, a Smart TV, and a dedicated bathroom for privacy and convenience. The primary suite offers a peaceful escape with a king bed, workspace, and spa-inspired en suite bathroom. Upstairs, the expansive guest suite and bunk room create the perfect setup for families and children to stay close yet comfortable.

The outdoor living space is the heart of this property. A private heated pool—among the largest in Palmetto Dunes—invites hours of relaxation and fun. The expansive pool deck features lounge seating, a firepit for cool evenings, and panoramic views of the golf course and lagoon. Whether you’re swimming, grilling, or simply soaking up the sun, this backyard feels like your own private resort. Pool heating is available for an additional fee and must be requested in advance.

Located in the heart of Palmetto Dunes, 2 High Water places you within easy reach of everything Hilton Head has to offer. The beach is just a short bike ride or Dunes Buggy shuttle away, while miles of scenic walking and biking paths wind through the neighborhood. Guests can also enjoy three championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball facilities, water activities along the 11-mile lagoon, and a variety of shops and restaurants within the resort.

This home also includes thoughtful touches such as a laundry room, high-speed Wi-Fi, beach chairs, a highchair, and booster seats. One well-behaved dog under 60 pounds, or two with a combined weight under 100 pounds, are welcome for an additional fee.

Please Note:
- 2 Weekly Palmetto Dunes gate pass are included in the rental. Additional passes must be requested and purchased in advance.
- Primary Guest must be 25 years of age or older.
- The private pool can be heated for an additional fee. We recommend heating the pool between October and May. A minimum three-day notice is required for heating requests, and the pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay if requested.
- 1 Dog under 60 lbs. or 2 dogs under 100 lbs. are allowed for an additional fee paid for in advance of arrival.
- Pack ‘n Play and high chair are available upon request. To ensure they are set up and ready at check-in, please request them in advance prior to your arrival day.
