Within walking distance to the beach and close to top attractions like Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, Restaurant Row, Apache Pier, golf courses, and more. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, you're perfectly situated to enjoy it all.

Property Rules:
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Anyone under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No pets allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fee per pet and immediate eviction.
No motorcycles, RVs, trailers, ATVs, golf carts, or side-by-sides allowed on the property.
No fireworks permitted on or around the property.
This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. Violation will result in a $500 fine and eviction.
Payment Policy: 25% deposit required at booking. Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.

Resort Fee
A $20 per day resort fee is required and paid directly to Arcadian Dunes upon check-in. This fee grants access to all resort amenities, including pools, hot tub, and shared facilities.
