Beyond Blessed Beach Condo Sleeps up to 10! Quick 2 block walk to the OCEAN!

TONS OF SPACE in this 1700+ sq ft condo, just 2 short blocks to the beach! 2 BR + Loft, 2 full bath. Vaulted ceilings, full size kitchen with all necessities provided. Front and rear screened & covered porches. Laundry in condo. Resort has indoor and outdoor pool, grilling stations, and 2 sun-decks. Beach access is less than 5 min walk via sidewalk. 5 min drive to Tanger Outlets and 10 min to Broadway at the Beach. Perfect for families, golfing trips, girls weekends and so much more!
Master has King bed and private bath. 2nd bedroom has 2 Queen beds and access to the shared hall bath. Loft has 2 twin bunks and a full. Sofa in living room is a queen sleeper. Hammock also on the enclosed rear porch which overlooks the pool.

Our condo is pet friendly for Dogs only (sorry, no cats due to severe owner allergies). There is an additional $150 pet fee required for all dogs. $50 for each additional (up to 3 total). We offer pet beds, feed & water bowls & doggie toys. If you are severely allergic to dogs, our condo may not be the best choice for you.

Our complex, Heron Pointe, is situated in the famous Shore Drive area of Myrtle Beach. Walking distance to Ocean Annie’s and Flip Flops Bar & Grill. Shore drive is a very family friendly area, and our complex has a large percentage of full time residents. We are perfect for a laid back, relaxing vacation. If you’re looking for a “party spot”, this is probably not the location for you; as our complex does observe quiet hours between 10pm and 8am, and is enforced by our on-site HOA residents.

No golf-carts, trailers or motorcycles are allowed. These rules are strictly enforced and any infractions will result in a fine being sent to us a owners, which will be passed on to the guests who were onsite at the time of the offense.

2 parking passes are included with each reservation. We also have pool toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and even a wagon to lug it all down to the beach. We also have a cooler onsite to be used by guests. The complex includes several grilling stations, with both propane and charcoal grills.

We are located on the 3rd floor, so there are 4 half-flights of stairs to climb. Each half flight has a landing and a turn to access the next half-flight. There is no elevator in our building.

Great Week at Beyond Blessed

We had a lovely vacation week at Andrea’s condo. It was a nicely maintained community with great amenities and an easy walk to the beach. The condo was beautiful & clean with plenty of space for 5 adults. We brought our two dogs as well & loved how dog-friendly it was. The little touches were excellent -starter toiletries, linens, towels, coffee, fully stocked kitchen, etc. all provided. The beds were comfortable & we enjoyed the screened in porch overlooking the pool & landscaped grounds. Andrea’s communication was excellent & overall this was one of the top stays we have had. Would definitely stay again.

Great Place!!!

I booked this condo for a bachelorette trip and it was the perfect spot! We fit 10 people here very comfortably and Andrea even let us borrow a 3rd parking pass. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Amazing condo, great proximity to the beach and area

My family of five and our dog enjoyed our stay at the Beyond Blessed Beach Condo! The condo was well furnished with everything our family needed. The boys loved the loft with the multiple bunk beds and my daughter loved the privacy of her own bedroom. My wife and I were able to relax on a very comfortable king bed. The 5 min walk to the beach was nice to get the dog out and moving. The dog toys and treats were a nice touch. Andrea was an amazing host! She communicates extremely well and was always quick to respond. She even checked in on us and our dog! Thank you for a great stay we would love to make a return trip in the future!

Wonderful place!

This place is great! It is spacious, with two bedrooms on the first floor and a loft that can hold a few more. It is a very short walk to the beach and it very quiet and peaceful. Would recommend!

Wonderful stay in a lovely condo

Our family had a wonderful time at Myrtle Beach while staying in this condo. There was plenty of space and we were pleasant suprised by a beautiful kitchen that had been updated since the last pictures posted. The owner was great at communication.

Making Memories

We have been coming to the area for 30 years and wanted to bring our 3 year old rescue pup. Literally everything we needed was at the condo. Everyone felt so at ease even our pup. It was only a 10 minute walk to the beach. It is your home away from home.

Great Get away

I was looking for a place to vacation near the beach to relax. This was just what we were looking for. The complex was quiet and family and pet friendly. The condo had everything we needed for a stress free beach week.

Perfect Family Spring Break

This was the perfect rental for our pups and party to get away for a week and enjoy some sunshine. I have two teenagers and never know exactly who they are bringing for the week but the loft room allowed for the flexibility. The homeowners thought of so many great touches that made our week really relaxing, despite having our small pups with us. The neighborhood was a dog-friendly area actually and great for walks around the block. The beach was an easy walk and it was nice having Ocean Annie's to walk to or Flip-Flops, the General Store, the Ice Cream shop for kids. The rental had everything we needed, even beach items, a great coffee maker with extras everywhere, a front and back porch, and enough space for 5 to not feel crowded at all! A real gem.

Excellent condo!

We have gone to Myrtle Beach for years and have stayed at a property up the street from where this condo is located. In the last few years we became dog owners and dogs are not allowed at our previous complex. We found this listing since they accepted dogs and it was much more than we hoped for! We stayed with our 3 kids (14,12,9) and our two GSP dogs. First of all, check-in is extremely easy and communication with the owner was great prior to and during our stay. The condo is updated, the kitchen has stainless steel appliances in great condition, a new washer/dryer, and everything is in very good condition. Everything was also spotless upon our arrival! We went to the beach many times during our stay and you literally need to bring nothing with you. They have 4 beach chairs, a cooler , a wagon, boogie boards, pool noodles, and more beach toys than you could ever use. My kids loved having them available! If you are a dog owner, this is a great place. The owner provides bowls, a mat, dog beds, treats, and a crate full of toys. I have larger dogs so I didn’t use the beds and we didn’t allow our dogs to play with the toys since they are aggressive chewers and only chew bones, but it has plenty of things and space for your dogs. The loft was absolutely amazing for our boys. They loved the Pac-Man machine and the bunk beds. They had their own TV which they thought was neat. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a nicer place. The pictures don’t accurately depict how nice it is. It’s always a gamble booking through VRBO, but this was a great experience. The owner is responsive and you can tell she truly cares about her condo and maintaining it. We can’t wait to go back!

We purchase rental properties in locations we love to visit, and we use the properties as family vacation homes as well as short term rentals.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This is NOT your typical "beach condo". This condo is HUGE. over 1800 sq ft with private front AND rear screened porches. We debated purchasing a condo with an ocean view, but most of them are half the size of this condo, and Beyond Blessed is a short, easy walk to the beach via sidewalks. We traded the ocean view for TONS of space to keep our family comfortable on our vacations.
