✔️ Only ONE dedicated parking space is available for your unit. Parking in another unit’s designated space is strictly prohibited and is subject to fines and enforcement action (you will be towed).
✔️ Pets: Due to insurer's policy, the following breeds are prohibited: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Bull Mastiffs, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinchers, German Shep- herds, Pit Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Siberian Huskies, Wolf/Dog hybrids, mixed breeds linked to any of the breeds described in this schedule, any trained attack or fighting dog

✔️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues.
✔️ Follow the guidebook instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions. This includes (but are not limited to) throwing trash upon check-out.
✔️ Adhere to the standard check-in and check-out time. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to fees and the host's approval.
✔️ All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place. Unreturned, missing and/or damaged items may result in additional charges.
✔️ View Rental Agreement, Photo ID, and Security Deposit may be required at least 1 day before check-in.
✔️ We reserve the right to charge a fee if ANY of the policy is violated.
