Delray Nightly is proud to present Three Palms Studio, a beautifully designed, private guest residence located just three blocks from Atlantic Avenue and steps from Sundy Village.
Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small groups, this 800 sq. ft. luxury studio offers a peaceful escape with all the comfort and style of a high-end Delray Beach getaway.
Located above the garage of the main estate (with its own private alley entrance), the studio is completely independent and does not share access to the pool or outdoor entertaining areas of the main home.
Inside, you’ll find a spacious open floor plan with high-end finishes, featuring a king bed, twin bed, comfortable sectional lounge, and a dining table for four — please note that there is no separate bedroom, as the studio is designed as an open-concept space. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, cooktop, microwave convection oven, and essentials for simple meal prep.
A large walk-in closet, beautiful walk-in shower, in-unit washer/dryer, and private outdoor patio with BBQ grill complete this thoughtfully designed space.
All of this—just minutes from Delray’s best beaches, restaurants, and nightlife.
