The Space:

Tucked into the heart of Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort, this second-floor villa at St. Andrews Common puts you steps from championship golf, serene lagoons, and miles of pristine coastline. Tranquil views of the 15th fairway of the George Fazio Golf Course greet you from the private deck - a front-row seat to lush greens and golden afternoon light. Soaring ceilings and abundant natural light set a relaxed tone from the moment you arrive, and the pet-friendly policy means the whole family, four-legged members included, is welcome.

 

Living space

The open living area is bright and airy, with a sofa bed for added flexibility and a dedicated workspace for guests who need to stay connected. The TV keeps evenings comfortable, and the private entrance means you come and go on your own terms.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliances - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker - alongside cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and a toaster. A dining table provides a proper setting for meals in, from quick breakfasts before a morning tee time to unhurried dinners after a day on the water.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The villa sleeps up to 6 guests across two bedrooms and the living area. Bedroom 1 features a king bed and anchors the primary suite, which includes a spa-like bath. Bedroom 2 offers 2 single beds, well suited for younger guests or friends traveling together. The living room sofa bed rounds out the sleeping arrangements for additional guests.

 

Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms serve the villa, each equipped with hot water, a hair dryer, cleaning products, and bathtub access. Towels, bed linens, soap, toilet paper, and essentials are all provided.

 

Laundry & extras

A full-sized washer and dryer make longer stays easy to manage. The villa also includes an iron, hangers, and bed linens. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher are in place for peace of mind.

 

Resort & location

Palmetto Dunes is a gated oceanfront resort community offering three championship golf courses, world-class tennis and pickleball, biking trails, and an 11-mile lagoon system ideal for canoeing and kayaking. The community pool and clubhouse are just steps away. The free Dunes Buggy provides on-demand courtesy transportation throughout Palmetto Dunes, Leamington, and Shelter Cove from mid-March through mid-September - connecting you to Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina for boutique shopping, waterfront dining, and live entertainment. Resort access is included with your stay.

 

Please note

Dogs are welcome - maximum 2 dogs. A $250 non-refundable fee applies per dog. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and must be crated if left alone. Please do not leave dogs unattended outside, as wildlife is present on the property.



Palmetto Dunes is a gated community and every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. Additional passes may be requested in advance - each carries a $45 fee. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.



Free access to The Dunes Buggy transportation service, which provides courtesy transportation within Palmetto Dunes, Leamington, and Shelter Cove mid-March through mid-September. This on-demand service dispatches vehicles on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Access codes are provided just prior to your arrival and auto-generated for each booking. You can also find your code in our Guest App. Keyless entry, no contact check-in and checkout.

Palmetto Dunes is an oceanfront resort and the ultimate vacation destination. An 11-mile lagoon provides a leisurely day of canoeing or kayaking. Golf, tennis, biking & more! This is a gated community.



Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.



Palmetto Dunes Buggy Service

Free shuttle service. The Palmetto Dunes Buggy service provides complimentary transportation within the Palmetto Dunes Resort and Shelter Cove Harbor. Don't worry about renting a car or spending money on getting to and from all the amenities and things to do at Palmetto Dunes.



The shuttle service will take you to the beach, golf courses, restaurants, shops, and tennis courts at Palmetto Dunes. It will also bring you to Shelter Cove Harbour, Towne Center, and the Plaza. This area is bustling and offers plenty of activities and things to do just off-site.



The Palmetto Dunes Buggy service is available seasonally from April to September. Each van is dispatched on a first-come, first serve basis by request. Typically vans arrive within 10 minutes of a call.
