Le invitamos a relajarse y descansar en Alberi at Eden, con vistas a la exuberante vegetación y las colinas del interior de Ballina Byron. Este impresionante estudio independiente ofrece comodidad, tranquilidad y conveniencia durante su descanso o como un lugar de descanso para descubrir esta hermosa parte de la costa norte de NSW.

EL ESPACIO:
Un aspecto rural tranquilo le da la bienvenida antes de ingresar al estudio moderno y bellamente amueblado. El estudio ofrece paz y tranquilidad sin comprometer la comodidad. Las comodidades incluyen electrodomésticos nuevos en lavandería y cocina. Se proporciona conexión Wi-Fi gratuita y Smart TV con Netflix.

ACCESO INVITADO:
El estudio es independiente y privado con su propia entrada. Se proporciona estacionamiento cubierto y las escaleras lo llevan al estudio. Las escaleras y el camino están bien iluminados por la noche. Una piscina de agua salada de borde infinito, que está adyacente a la residencia principal, está disponible para su disfrute y su privacidad estará asegurada.

We had a fantastic stay at the Studio Apartment at Alberi at Eden, enjoying the exceptional greenery and hilly views. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The bed was excellent, and the space felt modern, cosy, and well thought out.The location was quiet yet conveniently close to shopping centres, local attractions, and beaches. Communication with the host, Nietta, was excellent, with clear instructions and a smooth check-in and check-out process.We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ballina and the surrounding areas.

Great views and so relaxing

The property was immaculate. Loved sitting by the pool and enjoying the wonderful views. Very peaceful and relaxing. Nietta left lots of good books, puzzles etc which was very thoughtful. We will definitely stay again!

Excellent stay

This is the 2nd time at Alberi on Eden, we Love it, Nietta & husband are Wonderful hosts, the place is spotless with the most amazing view and pool, Nietta really supplies lots of extras, you will not go hungry for Breakfast, we will be back again.

Perfection in Alstonville

When you read glowing reviews about a property you often feel that it can't really be that good. But Alberi at Eden really is that good. This is the cleanest, most comfortable, most well set up apartment we have stayed at. We spent two nights and wished we had a third (and some better weather!) so that we could take proper advantage of the wonderful pool. Nietta is the perfect host: extremely friendly, accommodating and swift with answers to any questions. The studio is spacious and furnished very comfortably. The mattress was firm which is a blessing for those of us with problem backs! The kitchen and bathroom/laundry have every item you could possibly need and more. Little treats like biscuits on the bench and chocolate in the fridge (how did Nietta know our favourite!?) made us feel welcome and special. Thank you Nietta for a lovely time and we are already planning when we might be able to return :)

Our stay at Alberi was simply perfect. The apartment is tastefully appointed with wonderful views and a private entrance. The breakfast and pantry staples were a bonus. A great spot to stay to explore the region. We look forward to returning!

Best value and most beautiful space and surrounds.

We couldn’t fault our stay at Alberi at Eden. Beautiful light filled space, immaculately clean and extremely comfortable. Nietta left nothing to chance, an abundance of breakfast treats (including real milk) and everything needed to prepare a meal, books, magazines….really too much to list here. Beautiful comfy bed, and the washer and dryer meant we arrived home free from washing any clothes! Nietta’s care was amazing and the accomodation tops our list.

Best ever.

We have stayed at many places but there is no doubt that this little gem was just superb. We could not fault any detail, even if we wanted. Everything was just perfect. Very friendly host & could not have been more helpful. Highly recommended. Very quiet location. Luxury without the price tag. Everything you would need for a bit of R&R.

Amazing experience with Nietta.

We had the most fabulous stay in this property. We ventured up north for a wedding sight visit. We were more than accommodated for by Nietta and her wonderful set up. Everything is well thought out and all your needs will be looked after with this stay. The view is indescribable. Very calming and we wish to be back in the future. :)

Thoughtful & inviting

My partner & I enjoyed our stay. Nietta was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Her place is well appointed, cosy & peaceful. We enjoyed the lovely landscape views & local wildlife all whilst enjoying breakfast that Nietta had kindly supplied. A beautiful gem.

What an absolute beautiful stay, it was exactly what we needed to unwind & relax. Absolute bliss… I often caught myself gazing at the amazing greenery/hills from the pool & pinching myself!! There wasn’t anything Antonietta hasn’t thought about.. the place had everything & more (attention to detail A++)! Antonietta was an amazing host, so lovely & friendly, even checking-in to see if we needed any extra supplies (though there was more than enough of everything already). This was probably the best place I have ever stayed at so far! Neat, tidy & super clean - a home away from home, the minute we walked in we were so happy! Location is great too, far enough to get away from it all, yet so near to everything we needed! Antonietta, you & your family are great, thank you for welcoming us to your place! We will be back & definitely will be recommending to our family/friends (many of who have already asked where we stayed). ☺️

Couldn't have found a better place.

Nietta's place is nestled amongst some of the most beautiful countryside my partner and I have ever been to; the studio looks out onto a sprawling garden with lots of wildlife and views as far as the eye can see. Absolutely every amenity was catered for, from the washing/dryer machine, pool towels, comfortable bed, coffee, and a fridge full of food you'd be surprised if she hadn't thought of it! Absolutely beautiful place to stay and Ninetta was so lovely to communicate with both online and in person. Ff you're looking to visit Alstonville or Byron i'd highly recommend!!

Beautiful and calm!

A wonderful place to stay in an absolutely quiet and beautiful location! The grandiose view can even be enjoyed from the bed thanks to the huge glass front. We also enjoyed it from the large infinity pool. Such a nice, well-equipped and clean accommodation is rarely found! Everything is there that contributes to the cosiness and is needed for a good breakfast. We are from Germany and were unfortunately only in transit for one night, we would have loved to stay longer! In retrospect, we can say that it was the best and cleanest place to stay during our three week vacation in Australia. We would also like to thank Nietta with her warm nature, it was an enrichment for us to get to know her Erwin & Susanne Germany

Exactly as in the photos.

Really loved our accommodation in Alstonville. The studio had everything you could possibly need and more. Tastefully decorated, a really comfortable bed, and a hostess with the mostess. Nietta was extremely welcoming, gave us some great recommendations on places to eat and visit, and to top it off, provided us with yummy breakfast provisions and her most delicious home made biscuits.

Can I live here?

This place is awesome!!! Incredible view to wake up to first thing in the morning, little fridge stocked with breakfast goodies, homemade cookies, amazing swimming pool, and the host Netta is once of the nicest people I've ever met!! I can not recommend this place enough - my sister and I loved it! If you get a chance to explore the property do it! All sorts of native plants, butterflies, a creek, and if you're really lucky you may spot a wallaby!!! Highly recommended!!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Alberi at Eden was chosen for the name of the studio as the word Alberi translates to 'trees' in Italian and there is certainly an abundance of these surrounding the property.
Once you enter the studio you can immediately feel peace and tranquility. The studio is quiet and private enabling you to relax and unwind.
Although the studio is located at the rear of the main residence, you will have your own entrance therefore you can come and go as you please.
You may choose to appreciate the views which consist of a lush green valley with glimpses of ocean, relax by the pool or read a good selection of books and magazines. You may want to explore the region and there are a great number of pamphlets available in the studio for your perusal and consideration. Your host will always be available to make suggestions and assist you with your planning.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The studio and surroundings lends itself to the peace and quiet of the area. Located at the end of road, there is no through traffic. The views are amazing and soothing. You may wish to bring a yoga mat or meditate as many of my previous guests have done. They left the studio after their stay feeling relaxed and invigorated.
