And for a special treat, take advantage of the fabulous soaking tub in the main floor master bathroom as you unwind after a long day at the beach! 3 additional bedrooms are located on the second floor as well as a large full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
The kitchen, with amazing views of the water, is large, well-stocked, and equipped with GE Cafe appliances; you will find everything you need to enjoy your vacation, including an additional convection oven if you are preparing a large holiday meal. A family-sized dining table that seats 8 people is located in a dining space adjoining the kitchen, and there is additional dining space located in the living room, where a bar table and 6 stools sit ready for game night or large family dinners. If outdoor dining is on the agenda , there are two tables outside that seat up to 12 people as well as a Weber gas grill.
The house offers indoor and outdoor living space. Inside, a large living room is furnished with a huge sectional as well as a comfortable recliner -and don’t forget the bar table- so
everyone can have a seat to watch movies or the big game on a massive big screen TV. The living room opens up onto a large deck where you will find multiple Adirondack chairs, a dining table for 6, and two chaise loungers, all providing a comfortable space to enjoy the views. Additionally, there is a large concrete seating area below the deck with comfortable lounge chairs and a dining table where you can enjoy the shade and a consistent sea breeze while grilling or hanging out with family and friends. The large driveway and back yard provide plenty of space for games and recreation.
The house is also equipped with an outdoor shower and multiple beach accessories- 2 boogie boards, sand toys, 4 beach chairs, a badminton set, a corn hole set, an axe-throwing set, lawn darts, and a driveway pickleball set. Two beach tents and a few beach towels are also provided for your convenience as well as an all-terrain wagon to easily move your supplies to and from the beach.
