The living room section features a pull out bed, and sofa in the sun room is designed to be used two single cot beds as well, allowing even more sleeping arrangements for your family or friend group. The kitchen has all the essential needs for basic cooking and eating, as well as a coffee station to brighten your morning.

This unit is part of a duplex, however you have your own private driveway and door. There is a shared washer and dryer outside behind the building. We do have parking spots for several vehicles.
