This stylish place to stay is perfect for families or group trips. With two floors, three bedrooms, one living room, and 2.5 bathrooms, you`ll never run out of space. The private balcony with string lights is perfect for summer evenings. Free street parking on premises in Washington DC is an added bonus! Less than 10 minutes` drive to the National Arboretum, the Shops at Dakota Crossing, Union Market, Ivy City Shops & Restaurants, H Street Shops & Restaurants, Catholic University.
STREET PARKING ONLY (unmetered, always lots of space for any car size)
- 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom - Two large bedrooms and one small bedroom with a twin bed that can be used as an office, extra sitting room, or children`s bedroom. Hardwood floors and renovated kitchen, private outdoor entertaining space and high ceilings make it perfect for entertaining.

Guest will have access to the entire home except the basement, which will remain locked.

The neighborhood is within the 20019 zipcode, the name of the neighborhood is Deanwood. This is a suburban city neighborhood that houses people of all ages and socio-economic demographics.
Car preferred, there is un-metered street parking available. Metro bus across the street that will take you to a metro station, or to downtown DC.
As a general rule I prefer to have a shoeless house, it keeps things clean and quiet. The basement is a separate Airbnb unit. They will not be able to come upstairs, you will not be able to go downstairs. Please be mindful of noise and loud walking as there are people living beneath you.
This house IS PET FRIENDLY BUT PET CLEANING FEES MUST BE ADDED TO RESERVATION. IF YOU WISH TO BRING A PET INTO THE HOME THEN IT NEEDS TO DISCLOSED WHEN YOU RESERVE THE HOME OR YOUR STAY WILL BE CANCELLED. Please provide the age, breed and weight of the dog as well as pay the required pet fee. Failure to provide necessary information and get approval from owner will result in a violation of the house rules.
The home consists of two queen beds and a twin bed on top floor and two full sized convertible futon sofas and a folding sofa couch on the ground floor, the home comfortably can sleep 9 people.
-No parties or events
-no SMOKING of any kind ON and IN the property
- Never give the door code to anyone besides authorized guests. (Authorized guests are up to 8 guests specifically named during booking).
-No unauthorized guests stay overnight in the unit.
- Be sure all lights, fans, stove, television,heaters and taps/faucets are off each time you exit the unit. Let’s all work together to conserve energy and our natural resources!
When leaving please ensure the stove is completely off, the blinds are closed, soiled sheets and towels are on the floor and all doors are locked
- only service or ESA animals allowed with proof of up to date vaccines and confirmation of flea and tick treatment. I have weight and breed limits for dogs, your dog must be under 75 lbs and must come with a crate, failure to comply will result in immediate cancellation.
- Dog must remain in crate anytime you are not at home.
