This fully stocked property has everything you need on your next beach vacation that can fit the whole family! Enjoy fishing, swimming, and only 0.5 miles from the beach!
The Space:
**Snowbird 30 day monthly rate $3505 plus tax**. This rate is for Direct Website bookings only. Airbnb will have additional fees added to the nightly rate so please send us a message for all snowbird monthly rate inquiries of you're inquiring on Airbnb.
Welcome to your oasis at 2850 Salt Drive! This property is dog friendly! Rules are below:
-$200 additional non-refundable charge to be collected after booking (you must let host know if dog is accompanying on the trip)
-2 dogs maximum (must be under 40 lbs each)
-dogs must be leashed when outside
-dogs must be crated if left unattended
-all dog fecal matter must be properly disposed and not left in yard
-only dogs allowed, not other type of pet
Located only 0.5 miles from Romar Beach! Take a left out the neighborhood and Romar Beach will be on your right in 0.5 miles!
Also enjoy being directly near Ruby Slipper Cafe and Doc's Seafood which is at the entrance of the neighborhood!
This home is an elevated beach house that has a stair access to the entry of the house! Featuring 3 bedrooms and 4 baths, this home fits 10 guests with 1 King bed, 1 queen bed, 4 twin beds (2 bunks), and 1 queen pull couch sofa. Newly constructed in 2024, enjoy all the finest finishings throughout and comfortable furniture for your family to enjoy!
Take advantage of the fully stocked kitchen to meet all your needs! From pots/pans, utensils, glasses, cups, baking trays, pot holders, Keurig coffee pot/12 cup combo machine...it has everything! The dining room features a 6 person table and there are 3 barstools at the kitchen island!
No need to go home with dirty clothes! Use the washer/dryer and the laundry hampers whenever you need to!
The living room has a large couch and two chairs! If you need extra sleeping space, the couch does have a pull-out queen mattress! If you don't want to have the leave the living space area, take advantage of the full bathroom on the same floor!
Walk upstairs from living room to the 3 full suite bedrooms! You will see the primary suite on the right with a king mattress and the 2 other suites on the left! Each room has a private en-suite bathroom.
The primary bedroom has amazing views of the wetlands!
Head downstairs to the ground level to enjoy the outdoor seating under the house to watch the wildlife throughout the wetlands!
If you're sandy from the beach, taking advantage of the outdoor shower to rinse off before going into the house!
Enjoy being within walking proximity to the amenities such as the community zero entry pool, covered seating, and putting greens. Pool hours are from 8am-9pm!
Guest Access:
You will have private access to all bedrooms and bathrooms within the home as well as the downstairs seating area beneath the house! You will have parking on the driveway and if needed along the street in the parking spots by the house. Throughout your stay, you can enjoy access to the community pool, seating areas, and putting green.
Other Things to Note:
We do ask that you eat at designated eating areas to prevent stains on the new furniture!
Interaction with Guests:
We will be available before, during, and after each guest stay to assist with each reservation and guest needs.
