Sitting atop a small ridge is a beautifully articulated cabin that gets its name from the seasonal butterflies on this property! With many different flowering bushes, flowers, and trees this property is perfect for guests who want to immerse in nature and enjoy all that nature has to offer. With all the modern amenities that you can think of, from Smart TVs, a Fully Stocked Kitchen, a 6-person Hot Tub, a Game Room, board games, and even a massive 80" TV in the game room for cozying up and watching a movie, Monarch Manor is perfect for couples as well as families.

The Layout

You are greeted right as you walk in with beautiful wood interior and lots of natural light with wooded views all around. The high ceiling, open floor plan kitchen, dining, and living room allow for a perfect entertaining experience, and no one feels left out! On the main floor, you also have a screened-in patio where you can enjoy the outdoors every season no matter the weather! You also have a gas BBQ grill with utensils and propane provided for all those with an inner grill master! On the main floor, we have two beautiful, large bedrooms: the master king bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom, and a queen guest bedroom with a full bath just off the main hallway. Downstairs has another bunk bedroom which sleeps 5 with a Full on the bottom, twin on the top, and a convertible full day bed. On the opposite side of the basement, you have the game/ movie room with a convertible sofa bed and a wonderful Infiniti Arcade game machine will all kinds of classics as well as the 80" big screen smart TV! A full Bathroom between the two rooms with Laundry across the hall, rounds the basement off as a fully self-sufficient area! But wait, there's more!!! Step out of the game room's exterior door and your on the entertainment patio where your hot tub and fire pit area are! Relax the evening away in the hot tub or by the fire pit after a long day on the trail, walking through town, or shopping all the best shops in town!

Location

Monarch Manor is conveniently located only about 15 minutes from downtown Helen and 20 minutes to Cornelia or downtown Clarkesville. There are wineries, a brewery, shops, restaurants, and outdoor activities all close by the property. Lake Burton is about a 25-minute drive during the summer to rent a boat or jet ski for the day.

Seasonally decorated for Christmas, including a Christmas Tree, right after Thanksgiving and taken down right after the New Year's holiday

We provide complimentary essential products to get you started for your stay, such as 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 trash bags, 2 laundry pods, 1 bath soap per bathroom, and 1 pack of coffee. Be sure to bring extra of these items and any other items you may need for your stay

Activities

Firewood is Available for Delivery. $28.00 plus tax for three bundles of firewood (Monday - Friday Only) Weekend arrivals are advised local shops carry firewood for you to purchase.
Fishing package available: Trout fishing in our private Blue Creek Trout pond stocked with Rainbow trout. Fishing Season: Spring March 1-June 15 and Fall October - November. Each package includes Access to the trout pond and blue creek area, catch and keep 10 trout max, no catch and release, and bring your own fishing equipment. Add the package at checkout or by calling the office.
