Preciosa Villa con centro de bienestar y piscina privada

El agroturismo es un caserío del’800 recientemente estructurado respetando sus características históricas. La casa tiene una superficie de 350 MQ. Al piso más bajo hay una cocina industrial con horno a convention y a vapor, microonda, abatino de temperatura, frigorífico, congelador, lavavajillas, mezclador y otras tecnologías; hay el comedor de 45 mq con chimenea, hay la sala con tv del sat?lite y chimenea, hay un centro para benestare con hidro masaje (mt 2x2) y un baño. Al primer piso hay cuatro habitaciones con cama de matrimonio: dos con duca y dos con tina, con tv de sat?lite (lcd 26”). Toda la casa está decorada con mueblos antiguos y tiene la posibilidad de conectarse a Internet veloz en todas las habitaciones, calefacción y enfriamiento con humidificacion de el aire y sistema de aspiradora central. La casa se encontra en el interior de nuestra empresa agrícola que produce aceite y miel. Está sumergida en olivares y viñedos. Hay la posibilidad de usar una piscina (12m x 6m)

- Durante el invierno, el gas se cobra a 3,80 € por m3 a pagar en efectivo al momento del check out
- El consumo de electricidad se cobra a 0,50 euros por Kwh a pagar en efectivo al momento del registro

Utter family bliss

I stayed with my husband, 3 children age 21-25 years, their partners and my 4 month old grand daughter. The house is bliss - wonderful bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and such thick walls no one heard the baby except her parents! Underfloor cooling was bliss. Francesca goes totally above and beyond from arrival to the end - amazing wine tasting in her vineyard is an absolute must! Nothing is too difficult for her and she is so wonderful. The kitchen is amazing - full professional standard and would highly recommend "Taste Emotions" for a really wonderful gourmand treat - they come and cook at the house -utterly the best food I have had in years and Larissa and her husband are wonderful. The pool is excellent - great size and fenced with a wonderful surrounding garden and the village has 2 great restaurants and 2 bars with the option of bike hiring. Also really convenient for

Wir haben als Familien-Urlaub mit drei Generationen einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub verbracht. Francesca ist eine famose Gastgeberin und das mit sehr viel Liebe und gutem Geschmack eingerichtete, in seinen Ursprüngen zweihundert Jahre alte, top renovierte Haus bietet alle erdenklichen Annehmlichkeiten. Die sehr gepflegte und doch auch sehr natürlich gestaltete Gartenanlage und ein großer Swimmingpool runden das Ganze ab. Cara Francesca, mille, mille grazie per tutti !

Beautiful and relaxing retreat

Our family had a wonderful trip. The property is charming and beautiful. Francesca was welcoming and responsive. We tried the honey, wine and olive oil that is made on the property and learned from Francesca about growing and producing these products as well as the town and area. A Tuscan gem!

The home was beautiful, the location gorgeous and Francesca was the perfect hostess. Our family loved the pool and the chance to share time in the many gathering spaces. The restaurant across the street was fabulous and so convenient for dining out or ordering pizza for casual meals.

Meraviglioso soggiorno

Impeccable and beautiful estate and restored villa set among the vineyards, olive trees and rolling green hills. Francesca was the most gracious, welcoming and generous host; always attentive to our needs and always with a warm smile, greeting us like special guests at our arrival. We were 4 couples for the week and all were very impressed with the quality of the amenities, the outdoor and pool area, the finishing and detailing of the house, the bedrooms, eating areas and professional kitchen. Francesca hosted an exquisite wine tasting where we experienced their excellent wine (especially the Remagno!), their honey and local cheeses and charcuterie. All in all a week to remember. We would highly recommend this villa and would be glad to spend another holiday there. Grazie mille Francesca.

Tranquility in the hills

Our hosts, Francesca and her family, couldn’t have done more for us while we were there. They booked restaurants, gave recommendations and responded quickly to any difficulty or question. The house itself is beautifully located with gorgeous views. We didn’t have the right weather to use the pool - maybe next time!

Fantastic Villa

Everything was as advertised a large roomy villa amongst the olive orchard and vineyard. Francesca was amazing at everything from greeting us arriving during a nasty rain downpour to finishing up with hosting a wine & honey tasting on our last night. The heater for the hot tub malfunctioned and Francesca had a electrician there within 1 hour and it was fixed by the next day. We as a family of 8 found everything fantastic…highly recommend.

INCREDIBLE!!

We could not recommend this property any higher! Francesca was the perfect host. She keeps the property immaculate, responds immediately and provided thoughtful “extras” along the way. The family restaurant, wine, honey and olive oil are all must try’s : ) From a range of angles of 8-80, this property was perfect for everyone. So fun, beautiful villa

We had a wonderful time. The kitchen was well equipped. The wines were top notch. The restaurant just across the street was excellent. We all enjoyed a hike down the Francigena trail while listening to Giorgio Gaber. We all wanted to stay much longer.

Absolutely beautiful villa in fantastic location

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Francesca’s beautiful Villa. The location was fantastic and the bars and restaurants of Montemagno just a very short walk away. The villa was immaculate and we spent glorious days by the fantastic pool enjoying the views. A perfect Tuscan holiday - would highly recommend.

Amazing Tuscany Villa

Our favorite stay, ever.

We laughed with joy upon arrival...and wept when we left. Francesca's property is just that wonderful. The house is beautifully done and gloriously placed, with spacious, comfortable bedrooms, modern and well-finished bathrooms, effective and easy to use climate control (that was great at beating the Tuscan summer heat), great living space and a professionally-equipped kitchen. The gardens surrounding the house are stunning, and the pool is amazing - clear, clean and cool, we didn't really need to be anywhere else. It's simply a wonderful place to stay. We're familiar with Tuscany, and chose this area because it offers great access to a variety of sights and activities. Montemagno is on the hills over Camaiore and Viareggio, so while you're elevated and cooler, you're only about 20 minutes from the beach, maybe 30 minutes to Pisa. Going East you're 20 minutes from the gorgeous walled city of Lucca, and about 1 1/2 hours from Florence. Cinque Terre is an easy day trip, as well. The area is also great for hiking and cycling. Just amazing! Francesca was a fantastic host, very responsive and accommodating. She greeted us upon arrival with wine from her vinyard and a delicious spread, and was always willing to provide tips for dining and beach time, as well as facilitating reservations. We are really grateful to her for having us on her property - and can't wait to return again soon! A presto!

Amazing Villa with pool and professional kitchen

Wir haben unvergessliche Tage bei Francesca genossen. Sehr grosszügiges Haus mit gehobenem Standard. Wenn man sich erst einmal an die professionelle Küche gewöhnt hat macht es richtig Spaß dort zu Kochen. Der Pool ist auch bei unter 20 Grad Wassertemperatur geöffnet und eine mega Erfrischungen. Der Wein war vorzüglich. Danke für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder...

Perfekt ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Diese Unterkunft ist ein Traum :-) Der Check in war problemlos, wir wurden herzlichst von Francesca empfangen. Das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein Wohnzimmer, ein großes Esszimmer und eine große Küche, die perfekt ausgestattet ist. Im oberen Geschoss befinden sich 4 Zimmer, jedes mit eigenem Bad, sowie ein Wintergarten der liebevoll mit Kerzen dekoriert ist. Im Dachgeschoss befindet sich ein weiteres Zimmer mit Bad. Im gesamten Haus fehlt es an nichts und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Egal ob Geschirr etc. in der Küche oder Utensilien im Bad, sogar Badetücher stehen zu Verfügung. Der Außenbereich ist traumhaft, umgeben von Olivenbäumen und Weinreben sitzt man auf der Terrasse oder entspannt am großzügigen Pool, der über eine weitere Terrasse verfügt. In 2 Minuten erreicht man das Ortszentrum mit 2 Bars und 2 Restaurants (das Meraviglie ist sehr empfehlenswert) Die Vermieterin Francesca ist super nett, sehr hilfsbereit und sehr gastfreundlich. Der hauseigene Wein und das Olivenöl sind sehr empfehlenswert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf alle Fälle wieder :-)

Hidden gem in beautiful Tuscany

We had an utterly lovely week in August, two families, eight of us in total. The villa was immaculate with everything we could need. En-suites to all the rooms were a nice touch as was the professional kitchen. We all loved the pool, especially the kids. Plenty or space in and around the villa both inside and outside. Great location with a handful of restaurants walkable to in the village we especially enjoyed the one run by Francesca’s family which she kindly booked for us a couple of times during our stay. Francesca was a wonderful host - we woke up to a tray of breakfast pastries left out for us more than once and enjoyed a tasting of her delicious wines, olive oils and honeys. We hope to return one day - can’t recommend it enough.

Our delightful family stay at Agriturismo Mareli in Camaiore (May 2019)

What can i say except Bellissimo! The home that Francesca and her family have created goes far beyond just a rental house. We were a family group of 7-8 (depending on the day) and the home was a perfect fit for our travel style. The indoor spa and outdoor pool were perfect and even though the weather wasn't pool weather, just sitting by it and taking in the gorgeous views was relaxing. Our group used the fabulous restaurant style kitchen to prepare family meals and the big dining table fit us all very comfortably. Our wine and olive oil tasting with Francesca was wonderful and very informative about the regional wine production. And having Mother's Day dinner at their lovely restaurant across the street the night we didn't want to cook at home was delicious and served perfectly! All in all we had a fabulous time and can't wait to come back. Thank you Francesca for making our time there so wonderful. Next time it will be for a longer time! :)

Fantastiskt hus med fin pool och underbar trädgård med hönor! Enorm gästfrihet med härlig vinprovning . 2minuter till den härliga familjerestaurangen. Nära till fina orter ex Via reggio, Pisa osv. Några av oss var till Florens på bra Italiensk fotboll. 6 vuxna 4 barn och 1 hund stortrivdes och allt funkade toppen!

A lovely gateway to Tuscany

My family absolutely loved our stay at Villa Mareli. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We had a small group, but there would be plenty of space for a larger group, inside and outside. The house could easily accommodate ten people. We loved walking around the vineyard and sitting at the terraces. We didn't use the spa facilities, but they are gorgeous, in a sort of peaceful cave below the family room. The ping pong table and the pool are nice diversions as well. Montemagno is a peaceful little town, about a 30 minute drive from Lucca, Viareggio and Pietrasanta, and 90 minutes from Cinque Terre. We felt it was far enough from everything to give a true feeling of being in the Tuscan countryside, while close enough to always find something to do. Having the train station in Lucca was convenient as well; Florence is about 80 minutes away on a regional train. Francesa and her husband Daniele are wonderful hosts. They left us a gorgeous lunch for our arrival--salumi, cheese, fresh bread, olives, honey and a berry tart. They showed us around the building where they make their wine, and we did a tasting of their wine, olive oil and honey. We also really enjoyed their restaurant La Meraviglie. The food was excellent and inexpensive, and the staff was welcoming (and patient with our basic Italian). I highly recommend staying here. I would love to come back and bring more of my family and friends!

Amazing Villa!

My family stayed in this beautiful Villa for one week in June. My husband, two young boys, my mom and her friend, my best friend and myself all stayed here together and everyone had a wonderful time. With 5 bedrooms, everyone had their own room and bathroom. My two young boys loved sleeping up the attic room and also were kept busy for hours in the pool. There are beautiful hikes to hilltop villages through the forests that you can go to right from the villa. The villa itself is on top of a hill in a tiny town which has two restaurants, a church and a little furniture shop. By car there are several interesting towns and cities to go to within one hours drive including Pisa, Luca, and Camaiore. The kitchen is wonderful - we enjoyed cooking in it so much that we prepared most of our meals there and ate under the grapevines at the big outdoor dining table. Our son honed his barista skills with the cappuccino maker and made a little money while he was at it, delivering cappuccinos to our rooms. (There are room service buttons that ring the kitchen from each bedroom - a fun surprise the boys discovered). The villa has a lovely garden room, a huge dining room, a living room and several outdoor spaces to sit and relax. The owner, Francesca makes wine on the villa property as well as the most delicious olive oil I have ever had, and several varieties of honey. I don't think I can ever enjoy olive oil again in the US now that I have tasted hers. She is a wonderful hostess and makes the stay at her gorgeous villa special for everyone.

You will struggle to find a better villa anywhere

We stayed here for 2 weeks in August and frankly, you will struggle to find a better villa in Tuscany. It is even better than the photos show on the site. With 5 bedrooms, the villa itself is huge, immaculately clean, beautifully maintained and has more than enough room and different spaces for our two family party of 10 to be together or find our own bit of solitude as required. Surrounded by vineyards and olive trees there are large sunny areas of secluded garden and patio with plenty of shaded areas to eat. Inside the Villa there is a Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room which are great for an occasional dull day. -Beware though, as Francesca will warn you, gas and electricity are very expensive in Italy. - we only used them a few times during the 2 weeks and our fuel cost was over €250 in total, so make sure you budget for this. The villa is situated in the quiet village of Montemagno, high in the lush green mountains a 25 min drive from the beaches of Viareggio and Lido di Camiore one way and the fabulous town of Lucca in the other direction. Further afield, Pisa is only about 40 mins by car and Florence just a 90 min train ride from Viareggio- although if you do this we found it easier to get the train from Pietrasanta which is closer and where it is easier to park the car. In Montemagno there are 2 restaurants, one of which is owned by Francesca, and a small bar / bakery which is ideal for pastries in the morning. Francesca proved to be the perfect hostess, generous, cheerful & always helpful, surprising us with fabulous dishes prepared in their restaurant throughout our stay. The restaurant itself is well worth a few visits, it can get busy with good food and reasonable prices. We also found it very handy for freshly made take away pizzas on a few nights! I really can't recommend the villa highly enough.

Luxurious villa with pool

We had the chance to spend a fantastic week in Francesca's house. We were 4 couples and 4 children and had enough space. The house is very neat, spacious, a kitchen with high-end equipment for professional cooking and a big garden with a nice swimming pool. Sadly the next supermaket is quite far away. You have to be aware that the running costs for a week are extremly high. Might be common in Italy but we were quite suprised. But apart from that I can highly reccomend that place!! Thank you very much for everything, Francesca! You have been the perfect host .-)

Exceptional Villa

We stayed with friends (6 in total) and we all had a great time. The house is fantastic - especially the kitchen. Our host Francesca made our stay extra special. She kept bringing us treats (wine, tiramisu, lasagna) which was greatly appreciated. She also gave us 2 bottles of the wine they produce. It was by far the best wine we had on the trip. She also arranged for a chef (Danilo) to prepare dinner for us one night. It was a truly memorable experience. I highly recommend having Chef Danilo and his wife cook for you! The other days we were there we ate at Francesca and Daniel's restaurant. It is fabulous food, and we never got tired of eating there. We were all sad to leave when the vacation was over.
