The Velvet Pinecone

So nice, it’s like velvet! 4 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath house in a quiet family subdivision in the heart of Show Low. Beautiful furnishings in both living and family/theater/game room. Wood-burning fireplace. Big open kitchen with bar seating. There’s plenty to keep you busy with a large hot tub (complete with its own 65” TV on the back deck), lots of board games, movies, Pack-Man arcade game, and a 75” built-in TV with surround sound theater speakers in the ceiling! THE SPACE

The house has a notable mountain theme and is very comfortable. You will love the international decor and many books, including a huge children’s library. The three bedrooms upstairs are carpeted; the rest of the house has hardwood flooring. The bathrooms have tile floors. The bedrooms are a good size except the fourth bedroom downstairs (has a bunk bed on top and a full bed on the bottom) is a small room. The backyard is fenced and is large enough for kids to play. The front yard has a lawn with both Aspen and Blue Spruce Pine trees. The “Country Club Manor” neighborhood is very well kept (no mobile homes) next to the Bison Golf Course. There is a wonderful forest walking trail to nearby Fool’s Hollow Lake. The spectacular Buffalo Bill’s Restaurant is less than 1/2 mile away. Please note: There is parking in the driveway for 3 cars maximum, and street parking is not allowed.

GUEST ACCESS

The garage and one closet are reserved for the owners and are locked.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

The master bedroom has a California King-sized bed, an in-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and a 65 inch TV. The 2nd bedroom upstairs has a queen-sized bed. The 3rd bedroom upstairs has a Murphy bed, which is a “full” sized bed that folds out from the wall. The smaller downstairs 4th bedroom has a bunk-bed with a twin (single) bed on top and a full-sized bed on the bottom.

The kitchen has a huge Instapot (the biggest one) along with crock pot and separate rice cooker. Both a large drip coffee maker and a Keurig machine are provided so you can bring the kind you like.

We love our house. The front door was custom-made in Montana of rustic knotty Alder and features mountains etched into the glass. The solid oak dining room table and sideboard are over 130 years old and came from England originally, but have lived in several other countries too. They’re cool! The couches and recliners both upstairs and downstairs are all very large and comfortable for your family to enjoy (they are almost new). We hope you enjoy this wonderful house and feel at home.
