Fabulous Stay!

The home was equipped with everything! So close to all the things we wanted to do and very comfortable for our group. Very upscale and comfortable enjoyed the backyard area with lights and Jacuzzi.

This property is in a great location, very accessible to shopping and to restaurants. The property itself it was updated and clean. We loved the fenced backyard for our fur babies. I would recommend this property to anyone.

The house is truly inviting and cozy. Close to stores, restaurants and a Brewery. Short drive to the dog park, lake and dog friendly hiking. Looking forward to the next time we visit.

My husband and I, along with our 2 dogs, had the pleasure of staying in Lauren and Tyler’s lovely home to celebrate our birthdays and anniversary. They really have thought of everything to make it the perfect getaway and home away from home! We love the area too!

A Must Stay

This house is a gem. Beautiful and comfortable. Has everything you need. Our teens loved the rooms and decor. The hot tub was big and awesome. Perfect for the 40 degree weather. Pinetop Brewing was a quick walk around the corner. If you’re traveling with your pup, they’ve thought of everything for them as well. You will not be disappointed booking this get away. Lauren and Tyler were fantastic to communicate with and quick to respond. Thank you for lending us your home. We look forward to another stay.

Beautiful Home

We recently stayed at this VRBO, and while the interior of the home was absolutely stunning, the surrounding area left much to be desired.Inside, the property exceeded our expectations—it was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed. The fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, which was a huge plus. The attention to detail in the home’s decor and amenities made our stay incredibly comfortable.However, the property is located in a very rundown trailer park, which was a bit of a shock upon arrival. The neighborhood felt neglected, and it didn’t match the quality or vibe of the rental itself.If you’re someone who plans to spend most of your time indoors or exploring nearby attractions, this might not be a dealbreaker. But if the surrounding environment is important to you, it’s something to consider.

The Bear Bungalow is our first vacation rental and the Pinetop-Lakeside Area is a great elevated retreat to escape the Phoenix heat in the summer, ski and to see snow in the winter or watch the seasons change. The smaller laid back vibe of the area is unpretentious and welcoming to guests and there's two major roadways that can get you there and back from the Phoenix Metro area. The town is close to parks, tons of outdoor recreation, a variety of restaurants, a casino, ski resort and other neat places to explore.

The Bear Bungalow was transformed over 1 year with guest enjoyment top of mind. It offers the benefit of being very centrally located which saves time and hassle when getting to your next adventure or checking out what the local community has to offer. A lot of thought went into the design and furnishings with many of the touches being crafted specifically for The Bear Bungalow. We're walking distance to a local brewery, grocery store and just minutes by car to an assortment of yummy restaurants and shops. The folksy neighborhood has local vibes and is easy to get in and out of.
