Cozy 1-bedroom apartment in charming Alpharetta with AC

What an amazing find! Situated in the stunning town of Alpharetta. A reasonable drive to central Atlanta and surrounded by a lush forest. This property was built to spec on a hill and is one of the most peaceful and relaxing properties I have come across. It’s a truely unique. 1 bedroom with a full kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed and a large bedroom.The bathroom is in the hallway and both the living room and bedroom have private access. Free parking and its own patio area to fully relax.

The space

It’s a fantastic 1 bedroom in a really beautiful town of Alpharetta. The town center is just 10 minutes drive and has the feel of a historic town with beautiful Restaurants and local shops. It’s very quaint. The apartment itself is located just 30 minutes from the Center of Atlanta (depending on traffic).

Ideally we are looking for a long term rental of 3 months or more but willing to do monthly whilst we get going!

The house

The house is built to Spec in 1994 and hasn’t aged one bit. It’s a huge 7 bedroom house and the one bedroom apartment is attached with its own entrance and its own totally enclosed space. The owners live on the property so if you have any questions they will happy to help.

The property itself is perched on a hill in a stunning commmuity in the middle of the forest. Surrounded by mature trees of 20 ft and above you couldn’t have a more tranquil setting.

The Apartment

To get to the apartment you can do so from the parking area with wood Stairs leading up the front the wood deck patio area.

The living room and Kitchen

You come into the apartment via the patio area directly into a large open living room and an open kitchen. The living room consists of a queen sofa bed with a large tv and a separate full walk in under the stairs closet.

Located behind the sofa area and separated by a divider you will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay with a 4 person dining table and large fridge/freezer.

The bathroom

The door to the bathroom is separated by a hallway that can be closed off to the rest of the property. Leading to the bathroom and the master bedroom which can also be closed off so the bathroom is fully separated and private.

The master bedroom consists of a new queen bed together with a washer/dryer which is located in the flush closet and covered by a curtain.

There is a Tv plus a separate work station.

This also leads to very large walk in closet.

This is a very unique property providing everything you could need. We cant wait to share it with you.

Guest access
The guest will have full and sole access to the apartment. There is parking for 1 car. If you have more than 1 car I’m sure we can accommodate.

Other things to note
The driveway to the property is very steep. Please be aware of this. The driveway leading to the property is at a 75 degree angle. Leaving the property is a steep climb up. We recommend driving carefully and slowly.
