Optional Grocery Delivery: We've partnered exclusively with Two Chicks & A Cart for optional pre-arrival grocery delivery. Your kitchen can be fully stocked when you arrive.
Beach service is also available for rent at the James Lee Beach access.
Starter Supplies: A starter supply of essentials like bath tissue and paper towels to get you through your first night. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies for their stay.

Security: For your safety, please be aware that there is a camera located on the exterior of the property. All renters must know this is a NON-SMOKING property including e-cigarettes and vapes. Meaning no smoking of any kind inside or outside under the carport or anywhere on the property grounds. Fees will apply if rules are broken.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received within 60 days of the check-in date will forfeit the full payment. For cancellations made more than 60 days before check-in, a processing fee may apply.
