To comply with community regulations, we kindly ask that all registered adult guests provide a government-issued photo ID (passport, driver’s license, or national ID) before arrival.
Please note that access to the community cannot be granted without this, so we recommend sending IDs early to ensure a smooth check-in.

🧺 Housekeeping & Maintenance

* Housekeeping: Optional cleaning service available upon request (additional cost). (no service on Sundays or national holidays)

* Towels & Linens: Each guest receives 2 bath towels and 1 beach towel per stay. To help protect the environment, we encourage towel re-use. Laundry facilities are available if you’d like to refresh them during your stay.

* Turnover Service Included: Fresh linens and towels every 4 nights upon request (please notify us at least 24 hours in advance).

* Pool & Garden Maintenance: Scheduled 3 times per week (no service on Sundays or national holidays).

* No unregistered or day visitors are allowed; fines of $50 per unregistered guest, per day will apply. If you’d like to have visitors, please include them in your booking count to avoid issues at the gate.

* NO PETS ALLOWED

* For your safety, security cameras are located at the entrance of the property. There are no cameras in the pool or private areas, ensuring your comfort and privacy throughout your stay.

🎶 Community Rules & Fines

* Please keep music below 60 decibels and avoid loud noise after 9:00 PM. Fines of $100 USD may be applied by the complex for violations.

* Drones are strictly prohibited per community rules (fines up to RD$20,000).

* All vehicles must park in designated villa spaces or public parking areas inside the complex. Street parking may result in a $100 USD fine per occurrence.
