This 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom cabin sleeps up to 12 guests across 7 beds, spread over three levels so big groups can spread out and still end up back together on the deck.



The main-level primary suite is its own retreat: a king bed, Smart TV, en-suite bathroom, mountain views, and private deck access, so whoever needs a quiet night can close the door and still feel like they're on vacation. Upstairs, a second king suite comes with its own en-suite bath and a spacious closet, a queen room offers a Smart TV and a mountain-facing window, a twin-over-queen bunk room is built for kids or extra guests with a shared bath down the hall, and an open loft with a queen bed and panoramic views works as a fifth bedroom or a quiet reading nook, whichever the trip calls for.

Guest Access:

Check-in is self-service and simple: a unique keypad code, sent before arrival, unlocks the front door, so there's no key exchange and no coordinating arrival times with a host. Once inside, guests have full access to the entire cabin — every bedroom, both living areas, the kitchen, the game room, the gym, the laundry room, and all outdoor spaces including the deck, hot tub, and fire pit — for the length of the stay.



Free parking is available on premises, with enough space for multiple vehicles so groups arriving separately don't have to coordinate. An EV charger (Wallbox Pulsar, Level 2, 240V) is installed on site for guests driving electric, letting you plug in overnight and start the next day's adventure with a full charge instead of hunting for a public station.



The Neighborhood:

Tucked into a quiet, private pocket of Sevierville, this cabin puts the biggest draws of the Smokies within easy reach without the Parkway traffic. Dollywood and Splash Country are about a 15-20 minute drive, close enough for a full day on rides and still be back soaking in the hot tub by dinner. The Island in Pigeon Forge — restaurants, shops, arcade, and the Great Smoky Mountain Wheel — is roughly 20 minutes away for an easy evening out. Downtown Pigeon Forge's outlet malls, mini golf, and dinner theaters run about 20-25 minutes, and the Gatlinburg entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park is around 30-35 minutes for hiking, waterfalls, and the scenic Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail. Gatlinburg's own downtown adds another easy day trip at a similar distance. Grocery stores, gas stations, and casual restaurants in Sevierville are much closer, typically 10-15 minutes, so restocking supplies doesn't eat into vacation time.



Other Things to Note:

Pets are welcome here — just let us know ahead of time so we can prep the space. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Quiet hours run from 10 PM to 8 AM out of respect for the neighbors. Starting November 1, all guests with confirmed bookings are required to submit a valid ID and sign a rental agreement through our secure property management software, used strictly to verify your booking. For non-Airbnb reservations only, approved refunds carry a 6% processing fee. Message us anytime during your stay — we respond right away.
