Location, location, location! Our stunning location is impossible to beat. Featuring 5 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, we have space for 10 guests, making our place the perfect spot for families, friends, and group travel! Casa Marina Bahia is located just 7 minutes from the ocean. It’s a two-story home, fully renovated with a sparkling private pool. We are very close to both Playa Flamingo and Playa Potrero. Take a 10-minute walk to The Beach House restaurant, or schedule a fishing/boat tour. Looking to add additional services to your stay? Casa Marina Bahia is in the desirable Coastal Zone, meaning it is just 50 meters from the Pacific Ocean, on Calle Playa Sur (translates to `Beach Street South`) in Portrero Bay, Guanacaste, Costa Rica.

Enjoy gorgeous sunsets — and all day beautiful ocean views — from the stunning rooftop terrace. Take a dip, or just relax around the pool. Have privacy and space in the 4 bedrooms. Listen to the surf on the private terraces on both of the front facing bedrooms as you sip your morning coffee. There is a very cool `loft` bedroom that get`s a lot of attention, and a Rancho serves as yet another area for outside get-togethers, outdoor dining, grilling, enjoying beverages and making memories — all within the private courtyard surrounding your house.

Portrero is also centrally located to a collection of the most desirable beaches and coastlines in all of Costa Rica (and in the world) from Playa Flamingo, Tamarindo, Playa Conchal, Penca Prieta, Sugar Beach, Danta and more — all are within a 5 minute (Flamingo) to 25 minute (Tamarindo) drive.

Casa Marina Bahia is also just a 5 minute walk to the new $50 million world-class Flamingo Marina, featuring 175 wet slips, with its soon to come upscale hotel, conference center, luxury residences, and overall ambiance.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
-Security Cameras: One in the lock box, one in the column of the house looking towards the gate, one in the right hallway looking towards the front of the house, one in the left hallway looking towards the back garden.
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
