Conveniently located just 8 minutes from the airport and the beach, surrounded by upscale shopping, top-notch dining, and major attractions in the SJ area. Book now for an unforgettable stay!
The space
New Eco Solar Panel House Rules:
1- During the day, the Sun will recharge the Tesla Battery that you need to use at night. It is important to not use the AC during the day, to allow the battery to be 100% charged.
2- If you want to use the AC during the day, please ask the owner/host first and they will approve you if the battery if fully in charge.
3- For better functionality, the AC can't be ON between 5 pm -9:30 pm. Since it will use the battery-reserved energy, you could miss power at midnight.
4-In case the neighborhood or the island does not have Power from the Grid (LUMA), you CANNOT use the AC at any time, since you will be running only with the Tesla Battery and it could damage the equipment.
Note: The proper use of this equipment will determine your experience with the power situation that we are suffering in the island.
The house layout:
You will have access to the entire main
house. The house is pretty big, comfortable, and clean. The house includes the beds displayed in the pictures, suitable for 13 people.
For an additional fee, we can also provide air mattresses to accommodate more guests,
but please notify the host in advance
since an additional charge could be applied.
Please note, bedrooms 1 and 2 are conjoined with an open wall in between, but they have separate entrances. Bedroom 5 is also only accessible through bedroom 4. All bedrooms are located on the second floor.
AC UNIT
Please follow the use of the AC as describe in the Solar Panel section.
A wall-mounted AC unit is provided in each bedroom, but not in the common areas such as the living room or kitchen. The common areas and bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and floor fans for your comfort. Please open the windows and use the fans during the day.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire main house. *Some bedrooms may be locked based on the amount of guests on the reservation.
The laundry room is unavailable for guests due to the high cost for power & water. *See additional house rules.
Other things to note
1-Your group will be the only ones to have sole access to the private pool during your stay. The house is located on a street corner, so there is plenty of parking available.
2-Also, understand that you are visiting an island with a lot of stray animals such as roosters, dogs, birds etc. Don't forget your earplugs if you are sensitive to noises while sleeping.
3-Please do not throw toilet paper or sanitary napkins down the toilet. Puerto Rico's sewer system is very poor and subject to clogging.
4-Guests will be charged for all plumbing fees due to clogs resulting from flushing toilet paper or sanitary napkins.
5-The house is equipped with all the basic necessities such as toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and dish soap. However, guests are responsible to buy extra supplies for their stay if they run out of the provided supplies. Guests are also responsible to buy their own groceries or any other supplies they may need during their stay.
6-Animals and pets are prohibited without permission from the host. Each animal will incur an additional fee.

Apagar las luces, cerrar las puertas y devolver las llaves
Si no se completan estas tareas, es posible que el propietario deje una valoración negativa.
