Gated Studio property centrally located in Little Bay area! Across from Little Bay Divi Hotel, walking distance to 3 beaches: Little Bay, Great Bay and Belair, 3 min. drive to Philipsburg (town) and a few min. drive to the supermarkets, restaurants, and nightlife.
All the necessary amenities, such as clean sheets, towels, washer/dryer, cleaning services (per request with fee), private kitchen, bathroom, full size bed, the ideal for a couple or single person. Free Wi-fi and Cable TV, tea/coffee.
The space
The studio apartment was recently built and it has all the necessary amenities, such as clean towels, sheets, washer/dryer, cleaning services (per request, with fee), private kitchen with kitchenware / appliances & bathroom, TV, full size bed, sitting sofa, table and is ideal for a couple or single person. Free Wi-fi and tea/coffee is available in the studio. Cooking can also be done in the studio. Situated in the area of Little Bay, centrally located to Philipsburg.
