Located just steps away from of Bentonville's greatest hits, our home is ideal for anyone looking for good food, great sights and world-famous MTB trails. At home, you'll find luxury amenities for 15, a home theater, a huge sunlit living room, a ping pong table, a fully stocked kitchen, and a formal dining space. Tucked into a landscaped valley, our home offers a peaceful oasis and the convenience of town.

Ride your bike just 0.5 miles down the road and you'll hit Coler Mountain Bike Preserve and Slaughter Pen - two of NWA's premier MTB trails. Interested in experiencing the local food scene? Walk, drive or scoot a few minutes to Downtown Bentonville or 8th Street Market. Both are hubs for some our favorite local creations!
Offering amenities for up to 15 people, spacious our three-story, 6-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home is the perfect blend of luxury and convenience for the whole family!
Our main living room is complete with comfy seating, a large Smart TV and Sonos sound system, a ping pong table, and huge windows with a gorgeous view. This is the perfect place to curl up with a good book and a cup of coffee. Our open concept kitchen has everything you'll need and a table for 4. The formal dining space has a large table for 8 and a wine cabinet.
Downstairs is our home theater! With 7 lounge chairs and a massive screen, streaming apps, and a sound system, this is the perfect spot to watch all your favorites!
When it's time to settle down for the night, choose from any of our 6 bedrooms.
On the main floor:
(1) Our first Primary bedroom features a King-size bed, closet, dresser, and huge en suite bath with a jacuzzi tub.
(2) Our second bedroom has a King-size bed, closet, and nearby bathroom.
(3) Our third bedroom has a King-size bed, closet, desk space, and nearby bathroom.
(4) Our fourth bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet and a nearby bathroom.
Upstairs:
(5) Our fifth bedroom has 3 Twin beds and a closet.
* In the loft outside of the upstairs bedroom is two additional Twin beds.
Downstairs:
(6) In the home theater, there is a Twin bunk bed and a full bathroom.
Guest Access:
Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.
The Neighborhood:
Bentonville is home to Northwest Arkansas' premier mountain bike trails, restaurants, and museums.
Getting Around:
Walk, drive, or easily ride your bike to access all the amenities downtown Bentonville has to offer!
Other Things to Note:
House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.
- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
