The Space:

Sunlight streams through the windows as you stretch into the day, the house quiet and unhurried before the parks and pools call. After a morning of exploring Orlando’s attractions, you return to an open, relaxed space where everyone can unwind and reconnect. Evenings drift naturally here, whether you gather indoors or dip into your own private pool under the Florida sky.



Sleeping arrangements

The home offers five bedrooms across two levels, providing flexibility for families and groups. Downstairs, two bedrooms each feature a king bed. Upstairs, one bedroom includes a twin‑over‑queen bunk bed plus an additional twin bed, while another bedroom holds two twin bunk beds. The fifth bedroom also contains a king bed. All beds come with fresh linens, extra pillows, and blankets.



Living spaces

A large living area invites shared time with comfortable seating and a TV for relaxed evenings. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the home comfortable year‑round, and the open layout lets guests move freely between rooms without feeling crowded.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen anchors the home, giving you the freedom to prepare meals on your own schedule. Ample counter space and appliances make cooking easy, and a dining table provides a natural spot for breakfasts before park days or easy dinners after long outings.



Bathrooms & laundry

Four bathrooms are stocked with bathroom essentials for your convenience. A washer and dryer are available, making longer stays or mid‑trip refreshes simple.



Outdoor living & pool

Step outside to your private pool, an inviting place to cool off after a warm Florida day. Outdoor furniture creates a simple setting for quiet moments between adventures. Pool heat is available as an option for an additional charge.



Resort access & amenities

Your stay includes free access to The Retreat at ChampionsGate resort amenities. Guests can enjoy the community water park, lazy river, resort‑style pools, fitness center, movie theater, games room, playground, sports courts, and golf facilities, all within the gated ChampionsGate community.



Location & convenience

Located in Davenport, the townhouse offers easy access to major roads, making trips to Disney World, Universal Studios, shopping, and dining straightforward. A private entrance, smart lock self check‑in, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace add everyday convenience for short getaways or longer stays.

Enjoy a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities, including world-class golf courses, and nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks, like Disney World, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park. Plus, travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways.



Play a round of golf or revel in fine-dining at a top-rated restaurant. Regardless of your interests, The Retreat at ChampionsGate promises endless enjoyment for everyone in your family.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard.



Up to (2) cars may park in the spaces near the house. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Please follow standard parking rules. We are not responsible for towing or fines resulting from parking violations.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guests reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.

The management company was responsive and kind through their communication. - the house smelled rotten when we got there; the dishwasher was letting out a horrible smell and it would not turn on so we couldn’t use it at all even just to try to get rid of the smell- the pool heat did not work; after lots of back and forth, they did return our 350 but it would have been nicer to have heat- there is 1 king bed, not 3. The other 2 are queens.- there was only 1 stool instead of the 4 pictured; we were counting on 4 to have enough sitting for everyone to eat at the same time and togetherThe community amenities are wonderful! It was our second year in that community for Christmas. Overall we had a nice stay, but there were the hiccups listed above. These things could all be corrected/updated for future house guests.
