Upon arrival, we were very pleased with this home. Modern, clean, spacious. The neighborhood was beautiful, but very busy and particularly noisy on the day we arrived. We were disappointed to learn that the fridge and freezer were not working upon arrival. I contacted the host who got back to me right away. She was very apologetic and did all she could to get it up and running for us. As we had already purchased groceries, we decided to stay with a friend nearby. The host kept in touch, and eventually provided a refund that we requested. Sad we didn’t get the opportunity to enjoy the house, but it was obviously out of the hosts control.

The management company was responsive and kind through their communication. - the house smelled rotten when we got there; the dishwasher was letting out a horrible smell and it would not turn on so we couldn’t use it at all even just to try to get rid of the smell- the pool heat did not work; after lots of back and forth, they did return our 350 but it would have been nicer to have heat- there is 1 king bed, not 3. The other 2 are queens.- there was only 1 stool instead of the 4 pictured; we were counting on 4 to have enough sitting for everyone to eat at the same time and togetherThe community amenities are wonderful! It was our second year in that community for Christmas. Overall we had a nice stay, but there were the hiccups listed above. These things could all be corrected/updated for future house guests.

During our visit we encountered the many issues: Safety and security issues:1- The front door did not latch or lock properly and required us to physically force it into the frame. We discovered this only after returning from an outing and finding the door unlocked. This created a genuine security risk.2- The laundry-room electrical panel on the right does not close and left wires exposed.3- Drawers on the living-room entertainment console remained open (I notified host during stay) and created a clear tripping hazard.4- Several bedroom dresser drawers opened on their own, again creating a trip risk. 5- The microwave repeatedly tripped the circuit breaker and was completely unusable. This was escalated during the stay and was never repaired.6- The living-room sofa had broken springs and was uncomfortable for normal use. 7- Kitchen stools were too high for the counter, so no one could sit and eat comfortably.8- Beds were uncomfortable and some pillows were hard.9- A shower curtain rod in one bathroom was crooked and poorly installed. We manually pushed it up to avoid water spilling onto the floor.These were not minor inconveniences. Several of them posed real safety risks (unlocked exterior door, exposed wiring, open drawers), and key amenities (microwave, comfortable seating and sleeping) simply did not function as expected. The combination of hazards and discomfort substantially reduced the value of enjoyment of the rental. A partial refund has been requested.

This was a beautiful home that truly accommodated all our needs and more. The only thing we wish we could change is the star bedroom having better lighting for day time but the experience was truly magical. Minor issues came up and the hosts handled each issue with such elegance and grace. The communication aspect was top tier and everything was clean and well maintained! We hope to book with these hosts again!

This property was beautiful and clean. The hosts were very responsive and the two neighborhood pools offered resort level fun for the family. The private backyard pool was an added bonus when we wanted quieter swimming after the other pools had closed. It was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. The neighborhood pools both had reasonably priced food and drinks which meant we really didn't have to leave the area for anything. During the weekdays we stayed, the community was very quiet. We booked it for my family to enjoy while I attended a conference at the Omni and it was so close and convenient. Having them drop me off saved us from having to pay daily Omni parking fees. Plus that meant each if the kids got their own space and TV for the week which they would not have in a hotel room which costs about the same price.
